WE NOW HAVE BEACH SERVICE!!! :)
Included in your stay, between March and October there are chair and umbrella set-ups on the beach. They also offer kayak and paddle board rentals for $20/hr.

Enjoy our lovely vacation home on Okaloosa Island. It's Furnished in light and bright pastels, and the sugar white beach and emerald green water are just out the back door.

Watch the dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening from our large patio. We have beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for fun on the beach. The Pier and Boardwalk are an easy walk down the beach.

Villas Capri is located between the Surf Dweller Condominiums and the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort on Okaloosa Island, off of Santa Rosa Boulevard at: .

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Please put used towels and sheets in the bath tub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets must be approved within 72 hours before reservation will be taken, or access will be allowed. Please ask first.
NO PARTIES. Complaints of noise and/or damage will result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
Smoking is allowed outside with door closed as long as butts are disposed of properly, and in a way that doesn't require handling by housekeeping.

Great communication from hosts! Great location for access to the beach. The condo is quaint and has all of the basics. Nothing fancy, but the access to the beach doesn't get better. It is literally only steps outside the backdoor. Parking is also super convenient. You can literally park right outside the front door. Zero complaints.

We were very pleased with this property. We like the beachy decor. It is an older place, but it was clean and well thought out. It was perfect for a long weekend at the beach. The instructions were clear and easy for check in and out. We are older and the easier beach access was perfect for us. Loved it!

We absolutely loved our recent beach trip! The location was so convenient — you can literally walk right out the back patio and be in the sand within seconds. Having complimentary beach chairs was such a nice touch and made relaxing on the shore even easier. We also appreciated being so close to great restaurants and grocery stores, which made the whole trip stress-free. Bed was super comfy too! Can’t wait to come back!

This cute little condo is in a great location, and perfect for the two of us and our little furbaby. It is on the ground floor on the beach and it was great to sit on the patio and watch the waves and relax and our dog loved sitting out there and watching all the activity. Great booking, check-in and check-out system and the hosts were very informative and left nothing out of the instructions. We hated to leave this little peaceful place.
