September Stay

This property is well located for any activity planned for Raleigh or the Triangle. It was everything that I needed for me and my cat for the month-long stay. I enjoyed being in the home, on the deck or out and about Raleigh.

Disliked: Cleanliness
This property is very conveniently located, close to services and restaurants as advertised. It was very quiet and neighbors were friendly. Check-in was easy, but unlike as noted in other reviews, the place had not been thoroughly cleaned for our arrival. We had to spend some time cleaning it ourselves to make it usable. Ruben was apologetic and indicated that there had been an issue with his regular cleaner. When requested, he refunded a portion of our cleaning fee as compensation. That said, the property was really in need of a good scrubbing throughout and upholstery cleaning. The kitchen was basically equipped with good appliances and a small inventory of cookware, plates and bowls, but minimal linens and no condiments for a long-term stay. The bathroom was small but adequate but without hair dryer, soap, hand towels, washcloths or bathmat. The washer and dryer were first class and very helpful.
