A frame 2 bedroom cottage with pull out sleeper, washer and dryer, fully remodeled with air conditioning, fully furnished with all necessary appliances, wireless WIFI and outdoor fire pit area. Detached large garage fully remodeled into game room and bar with air conditioning. Game room has a bar, ping pong table, fuzball table, arcade machines,full size shuffleboard table, juke box and dart boards. Property also has a cook shack with ventilation system for grilling year around with a Traeger pellet
smoker and a Weber gas grill. Cottage is within walking distance of the Pine River. ORV trails, canoeing, hiking, fishing, skiing and golfing.

Went up for a salmon fishing trip with some of my friends and this property was a great spot to come back to and play some games, cook food and relax between fishing sessions. Very nice place to stay and a lot of things to keep you entertained and comfortable.

We had an absolute blast and this cabin couldn’t have been any better for us and what we were looking for, and LAST minute at that! Awesome communication, beautiful location and property..my wife and I came up with our 3 boys for an end of summer vacation, also celebrating our anniversary and her birthday all at the same time! The location was prime as we came to ride trails, and to say we had loads of fun and made great memories is an understatement! We will definitely watch the availability on this as we would love to come back

Great Fall Getaway

Very beautiful cabin tucked away in some beautiful woods. The cabin was very clean, and had all the essentials. The cook shack and garage were amazing!!!!!

Great Location

I stayed at this property with my partner. It was a great location. It was centralized to many great destinations around the state. It was quite and peaceful. The wild life was also very abundant. I will definitely be back.

They have all the bases covered. Really comfortable and well appointed. Tucked back off the road and private. The house was very clean. We didn’t use the game room but it is really nice too!

Great ski weekend

We had a lot of fun. The property is super close to Caberfae and 40 minutes to Crystal Mountain. Very clean cabin with a really fun game garage. Kitchen had everything and bathroom had a heated floor!!

This beautiful place was everything we'd hoped for and then some. So much fun. We've been coming to the area for years and i don't think we'll ever want to stay anywhere else going forward. Great (and Fun) Place!

We visit the area a lot (have friends in the area) and really enjoyed our weekend stay here. Although it was hot and rainy most of the weekend, the cabin was cool and very comfortable. And in spite of the weather, we were still able to have fun in the huge, decked-out game room and cooked in the smoke house. We invited friends over and they were impressed and loved it too! The owner has done a nice job with every aspect of the rental and is very responsive. We would like this to be our "go-to" place when visiting the area. Great Time! Mike & Kathy D, Kalamazoo, MI

Up North Weekend Getaway

Me and a few buddies went up north for a long weekend and the place couldn't have been more ideal, expectations were far exceeded here. The detached garage and all the fun games and activities to play in there, the property and trails around the house, and the main house itself, all just absolutely perfect for a group of friends looking to have a wonderful weekend in Northern Michigan. John was extremely helpful, friendly, and accessible to help and answer any questions I had. 10/10 would recommend and return.

Ski trip to Caberfae

We absolutely loved this rental! We were coming up for a few days of skiing at Caberfae and the rooms were all booked. It worked out in our favor though because we fell in love with this property. It was less than 15 minutes to Caberfae and was incredibly clean and cozy. The cook shack and game room were amazing additions. We spent our evenings/nights grilling and hanging out playing games and watching football. I plan to recommend this rental to friends and family and hope to be back at some point in the future! The host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. We had a few questions upon arrival and he was quick to respond. The Dublin General store he recommended was also less than 15 minutes away and had all the groceries we needed along with so much more. We truly have zero complaints and were very happy with our stay!

Great secluded getaway

My family and I enjoyed staying at this property during our vacation. The cabin was clean and had a very cozy and warm feel about it. The game room is amazing and provides hours of entertainment. The cook shack was a great amenity that we took advantage of each day of our stay. If you're looking for a place to stay to get a break from the hustle and bustle this is place for you!

Golf trip
