About this property

Beachside Condo with Gorgeous Gulf Views and Private Beach Access!!!!

Harbour Place is a smaller condo so you don't have to fight the crowds at the pool and beach! Our front door is accessed through an interior hallway which provides an element of safety.

Our condo has ceramic tile throughout and is open and inviting. The kitchen is equipped is all the conveniences of home including both a full size coffee pot and a Keurig. There is also a brand new stackable washer and dryer to keep those beach towels clean and ready to go!

The master offers a king size bed with en suite bathroom and large screen tv. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with access to the second bathroom and the sofa in the living room is a futon that can accommodate two. As you step onto the large balcony, you will be greeted with the best gulf breeze, the calming sound of the waves and gorgeous side views of the Gulf of Mexico.

If you don't feel like cooking in the fully equipped kitchen or using the gas or charcoal grills, you can simply walk across the street to Lartigue's for some of the gulfs best steamed seafood! We are also within five minutes of grocery stores and souvenir shops.

Stay in Orange Beach

Vacation with my family and it was our first time in Orange Beach. Check in was super simple and parking was easy. Our only complaint was the side view of the ocean. Perfect location for us and we had a great time. Thanks!

Check in process easy! Kitchen/bathrooms a bit outdated but worked perfectly for us! The couch is very uncomfortable but we were at the beach most of the time.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. Great location! It was easy to access the beach and pool area but much quieter and more peaceful than other big resorts. The room was exactly as described. We greatly enjoyed our week at Orange Beach!

Great spot for family of 4!

This was a great location and perfect sized condo for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable and we loved being right on the beach. We were in town to play baseball so the price was affordable for this travel baseball family.

Great Little Condo on the Beach

The place was nice, great location.

We enjoyed our stay, we love orange beach! Overall it was good, I would have loved to have a tv in the twin bedroom because kids watch TV and it would make sense. Happy with the stay overall

Check in was simple, we recieved an email with the door code. Parking was great even in the Wagoneer we were in. Condo was clean. Washer and dryer worked great.The furniture is old stained and not comfortable. Don't plan on doing any baking, like 3 small dishes, none that would hold a pizza. The balcony furniture was fresh from the kroger clearance section. One pod for laundry, one pod for dishwasher, one garbage bag. And of course the garbage dumpster is at the entrance, across the parkinglot. Only one of the 2 elevators was working. We enjoyed our time, but will look for a different location next time.

Great place

Harbor place was a great place to stay! The proximity to the beach was so nice, and I love that the condo is a smaller size so you didn’t have to fight the crowd for a spot at the beach or pool. I loved that the owner provided so many beach toys and an umbrella as we are from Missouri and didn’t want to buy any we wouldn’t use again. 10/10 place!

It was ok.

Communication was excellent! Beach was close and nice. The condo was nice but needs a deep clean. The sheets don’t fit the beds and come off numerous times during the night. The refrigerator froze food while the freezer thawed it. The elevators were sketchy to say the least. We had fun but probably won’t be back.

Cute condo on the beach. Kids also loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Quite a few of the outlets didn’t work and toaster didn’t either but we made do and all in all enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for a week for softball Nationals.

The location was very nice and close to everything. The walk to beach was close. The elevators were very dirty and one was broke for part of our stay. The door to balcony was very hard to open.

Our family has been visiting Orange Beach since 2003. We love to travel and no matter where we go, our hearts continue to call us back to OBA! There is always something to do, the beaches are beautiful and the people are friendly.

Why they chose this property

We stayed at Harbour Place one time with friends and loved the small size which meant not having to fight for a space near the pool or on the beach. We also loved the interior hallways to enter the condo which offers an extra level of security since we have young kids. And lastly, it's right on the beach!!!!!!
