Sandbar Beach House features 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, incredible views, a private dock, and 150’ of gentle sloping beach making this the ideal spot for an exclusive waterfront getaway. With exquisite attention to detail & beautiful outdoor living areas, Sandbar offers everything needed for a perfect lake retreat. Have your rented jet skis or boat delivered right to the dock. Paddle boards & kayaks included!

This upgraded, family-friendly 2-story residence has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with bar seating that is a chef’s dream, an elegant dining table set for eight that offers picturesque views of Packsaddle Mountain, and 5 serene bedrooms spaced across two floors for privacy. The bright, airy living room opens to an expansive covered entertaining deck with multiple seating areas and cozy fire pit. Head across the impressive lawn shaded by large pecan trees down to the gentle sloping beach, a perfect play area for kids. Have your rented jet skis or boat delivered right to the dock. Enjoy the paddle boards and kayaks that are thoughtfully provided for guest use. Unwind your evenings at the lake with a glass of wine while enjoying the Hill Country views as you take in the breathtaking sunsets.

Other things to note:

•We strive to make sure your time at the house is relaxing and enjoyable and are always available during your stay by phone, text, email, or in person if there are any questions or for any recommendations on what to do and see in the area.

•While we understand that pets are family members too, they are NOT allowed at Sandbar Beach House. No exceptions will be made, and this is a zero-tolerance pet policy. Thank you for your understanding.

•Beach Towels are NOT provided so please if you plan on going to the beach, bring some beach towels with you. Please DO NOT use the indoor bath towels provided at the beach as they are for bathroom use only.

•There are security cameras located outside the property for your security and protection during your stay

•There is a neighborhood noise ordinance from 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of these quiet times

Sandy beach a big hit

The house was clean and well equipped. The beach provided hours of fun for our six grandsons and the water was a great temperature. Very few boats went by and just a few jet skis.

A great lakeside experience with the family!

This luxury house was all that we hoped for and more! Our family enjoyed a lovely stay with plenty of room. The private beach, cabana, and dock made this vacation memorable. The whole family enjoyed swimming, fishing, and kayaking! In the evenings we enjoyed playing games on the lovely patio and enjoyed breathtaking sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed. We also appreciate local restaurants and a close grocery store for when we needed to grab something quickly. The home is inviting and clean. Our host thought of everything little detail to make our stay perfect. We will most definitely return!

Best of Both - Lake and Beach

We had the most incredible family get away at this amazing property. It felt more like a resort than a lake house. The sandy beach and the palapala with chairs and water toys at the lakes edge were a huge hit and provided a much appreciated break from the intense Texas sun. The sprawling patio was the perfect place to relax and enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails while the kids played and ran around. The beds were very comfortable and spacious, the kitchen was well stocked and the 2 refrigerator/freezers with icemakers came in very hand for our large group. There were so many extras that made this rental special - the covered driveway for loading and unloading, the automated foot washer for after beach cleanup, the giant bug zapper by the beach, baby gates, nice gas grill, and the screened patio with air hockey table. While it was way too hot to try out the Solo Stove on the beach or the propane firepit table on the patio, I'm sure they would make a winter stay very nice. We can't wait to return again next summer.

Beachside escape that our family thoroughly enjoyed at the River Oaks LBJ home.

Our extended weekend family stay could not have been in any better setting. The sandy beach with the waterside Tiki hut is almost like being on an oceanside beach. Having no housing developement on the opposite side of the river provided more seclusion. Our family loved the large hot tub on the covered back porch with the wifi speakers along with the back covered dining table. As indicated, our family loved the beautiful outdoor features that the home provided. The inside of the home is very nice with an Incredible TV in the den with sound bar. Jennie added some nice extras like, baby shampoo, pack play, sound machine along with a care package of sunscreen, bug spray, fish food. Jennie was great to work with. Our family would love to return here again to this spacious and lovely home.

Great family vacation!

Property was as described! Did have a small a/c problem that owner took care of immediately, couldn’t have been more responsive. Kids had a great time fishing on the dock! I love to grill and the grill was the best! Thanks for a great time! Dave

The best lake house!

This house is amazing! The view is beautiful. The beach is perfect for young children. The host was amazing and very responsive. Highly recommended this house!

Being outdoors, especially anywhere on the water is our ideal vacation spot. We are born and raised Austinites and have really enjoyed exploring the great areas right outside of our own city within the past couple of years. We fell in love with this area just a couple of years ago when we rented a vacation home with our family! We wanted to re-create our experience for other families and strive to unveil what Texas has to offer that was little-known before!
