Relax all your troubles away at our adorable yet spacious beachside cottage. Our 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home has everything you need for a perfect getaway!

Step onto our rocking chair porch and through the front doors into an expansive living area with super chill sectional and large flat screen tv for watching the big game or family movie night. Our spacious eat-in fully stocked kitchen with bar counter and four stools and adjacent dining area with oversized table provide the perfect spot for celebratory dinners or game nights. An adjacent half bath on the first level is super convenient.

The second level of our home includes King and Queen bedrooms joined by a Jack and Jill bath. Just across the hall is our Master Junior with a king-sized bed and private en suite bathroom. And, finally, our expansive Master Suite with king-sized bed, en suite bath and balcony provides the perfect private getaway for relaxing in the ocean breeze with a sunrise coffee or sunset cocktail. Each king room is equipped with a smart tv so you can binge watch your favorite shows in judgment free privacy. But, with horizon views from two bedrooms and the upstairs balcony off the master suite, there’s no forgetting you’re at the beach!

Our home is situated in a small enclave community with private community pool just a stones throw from the gorgeous beaches of the Forgotten Coast. And, we’ve got a golf cart on-site that we'll gladly share. Don’t feel like walking? We’ve got you covered!

Whether you’re sneaking away for a romantic weekend, celebrating a milestone with friends or creating memories with family, our beachside retreat is sure to provide the perfect home base.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please… -run a load of white towels and pop them in the dryer. -place trash in the outdoor bins. -leave beds unmade. -plug golf cart in & place keys in dish with the shells by the front door.
Please let us know if anything is missing, broken or needs attention. And, if you have a recommendation, we want to hear about it! We rely on feedback to deliver the best experience to our guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parking on street in front of house. Two cars can fit in driveway. Additional cars must park in front of vacant lots in cul-de-sacs or at pool.
Trash disposal is responsibility of guest. Curbside service is Tuesday /Friday mornings. Also, there is a public dumpster at 7th St near City Hall.
If you generate more trash between service days than will fit in the 2 exterior cans provided, please take excess trash to the public dumpster on 7th.

Great place for families. Well equipped comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood, short drive to the beach , especially convenient with the golf cart, kids liked the house and community pool. Elexa is a super host, helped us out pre arrival, contacted us after arrival to be sure everything was ok.

This house was superbly set up for the ideal beach vacation. We found the house to be comfortable, clean, and well stocked with all we needed to cook meals and enjoy a worry free trip. The location was excellent, just a short golf cart ride to the beach. Will definitely book again!

Our second year in a row at this property. We always enjoy our stay here. The house is perfect for our family. Always clean and everything in working order and the host is very responsive if there is an issue. Beach close by with golf cart. A great place to stay and enjoy Mexico Beach.

Perfect family beach house

This four bedroom house was perfect for our family of grown children and one toddler grandchild. It was close to the beach and had access to a community pool right around the corner. There were lots of games and activities for families. I highly recommend this house.

The house was exactly as described with lots of room for our family. The property was close to beach and the golf cart made it even more accessible. Our Mexico Beach GetAway.

Staying here was an absolute blast. The cozy warm feeling this rental provided really made us feel at home. The property is well maintained and clean with plenty of sleeping space in the 4 bedrooms. Seconds from the beach made us feel like we were already there. The private neighborhood pool was a perfect ending to our beach day. We will definitely be returning as soon as time allows. A must stay for anyone looking for a beach getaway.

The ocean is literally within view! Adorably funky house!!

Elexia was very available if needed (she sent us communications before during and after to check on us… Although we didn’t need her at all it was refreshing for an owner to be so involved!) the house was gorgeous, we rented 3 in the same neighborhood for our intimate destination wedding group of 22. The home looked just as pictured and would definitely stay again. Neighbors were friendly too and even gifted the bride and groom with matching tshirts with neighborhood name to remember the stay. Wonderful time!

Amazing stay

We loved our stay in this property. There was everything we could of possibly of needed, from kitchen needs to beach needs. The house is minutes walk from the beach and in a perfect neighborhood. The house was clean and tidy, there is games and books available for both adults and kids if you happen to be there on a rainy day. The host made contact with us to make sure we didn’t need anything when we arrived and even throughout our stay. I would have no hesitation in booking this property again and we look forward to our next stay. Thank you.

Great place!

This place is exactly as described. It was very clean and extremely well stocked. We didn't have to buy any paper products. Easy access to the beach. Either drive your vehicle up and park at side of oad, or use the host's cart. We ended up just throwing all our stuff in the back of our vehicle and just driving up and parking. But, we haul a lot stuff to the beach as we tend to stay all day. The beach here was quiet and roomy. Very few people there.

Perfect Fall Break Get-away!

We have frequently been to the 30A area for family vacations, but have gotten so frustrated by the crowds and inability to find good beach space. What a joy to find Mexico Beach, and this adorable home! We were there for fall break (a busy time), and we practically had the beach to ourselves each day! The waves were calmer, (maybe do to it being a bit of an inlet??), and we felt very comfortable with our kids in the ocean. The home had tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and even some toys and scooters. Golf cart was available for use as well, though we did not have much need for it. We vacationed with 2 teenage boys in tow, and the indoor shuffleboard and Pac-Man game were a huge hit. My husband actually said he wasn’t planning on leaving either, as he enjoyed them as well—haha! The couch was large and very comfy for all of us, and we enjoyed movies each night. There was plenty of room to unpack with dressers and closet space, which we appreciated—it’s nice to not live out of a suitcase on vacation. Lots of extra blankets and pillows as well, which was nice. We truly felt at home in this beautiful rental, and our week was so very relaxing. Highly recommend this home!

We loved this house! The decor was amazing and the space worked perfectly for us. We loved the shuffleboard and all the games available. Easy access to the beach, nice pool in the neighborhood and all the fun beach accessories you could need! Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful home, perfect for families with kids, close to the beach!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Elexa's home! They had lots of games and even books for our kids to enjoy. The Pacman game was a hit with the whole family! We had a few rainy days so we played a lot during our stay and had lots of laughs and competition. haha The beach isn't far to walk but having a golf cart was very nice with little kids and carrying our beach gear. The extra chairs in the garage were so handy to have. The kitchen is very well equipped! Lots of baking dishes and well cared for stainless steel pots and pans (not scratched up nonstick pans that is a common occurrence in many rentals) The neighborhood is so quiet and quaint. it's mostly people who live locally and not other vacationers.

Clean, well furnished and equipped house, good neighborhood, near the beach especially with the golf cart. Only have good things to say about the property and the owner! We have stayed at many places but can only recall 1 other place this clean. Elexa checked on us 3 times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay again.

Hello! We are Mike and Elexa Wagaman - Atlanta natives and longtime vacationers to the Florida Panhandle. We are super excited to own our first beachside vacation home in Mexico Beach and even more excited to share it with you!

We currently reside in Marietta, Georgia with our two young children and Havanese, Pico.

Why they chose this property

This area of the panhandle checks all the boxes for us...beachside with an "end of the road" vibe. When we go to the beach, we want to get away from the frenetic energy of every day life and The Forgotten Coast provides the perfect back drop for our family to really relax.

What makes this property unique

We discovered this home on our annual family vacation to the panhandle and fell in love with its bright airy feel, open main level floor plan and expansive eat in kitchen/dining area. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5baths, everyone in the family has space to kick back and relax after a fun day at the beach.

We start our days with coffee in hand on the porch swings, hit the beach with the kiddos in tow, pop by the pool for a quick, cool dip, grill out brats and burgers for the whole crew and then finish up with a refreshing drink on the breezy private master balcony.
