Direct beach access is about a 2-minute walk from the building via a raised wooden walking path. The condo has PTAC (Packaged Terminal A/C & Heat) and a Dehumidifier (installed 2025) for comfort any time of the year. The sleeping arrangement includes a queen-sized bed along with a folding sofa that converts into a queen bed, ideally suited for two small children or a teenager.
Our condo association requires an age of 25 to be able to lease and does not allow guests to have pets. No smoking, vaping or E-cigarettes are allowed inside the condo or on the balcony. There is a designated smoking area on the ground level.
