2BR/2BA Condo -Sleeps 6 - views of Ocean and Lagoon - Steps Away from Ocean


The Landing is located approximately 3.5 miles West from Hwy 59 (intersection of the "Hangout".) If you are looking for a relaxing place, this is it. The beaches here are an ideal place to 'get away from it all.' The condo complex is across the street from the beach, and situated between the ocean and lagoon. You'll have the best of both worlds here. The water is always calmer on the lagoon side and a fun place for the younger children.

Little Lagoon Pass, a waterfront gem, is appx. 0.6 miles or a 1 minute drive away. Located on the north side of the little bridge you cross over driving to our condo. It is a popular family-friendly spot featuring a shallow, calm waterway connecting Little Lagoon to the Gulf of Mexico. It offers easy access for shallow-water swimming with no undertow, fishing and birdwatching, It features public restrooms, outdoor showers, and paid parking,

If the Gulf of Mexico interests you more, beach access is located West of the complex by walking past 5 homes on the beach side. There's a boardwalk between two of the three-story homes.

The swimming pool was built on the lagoon side and is a wonderful place to sit, relax, have a barbecue with our built-in grills, and view the spectacular sunsets at the end of the dock sitting in the gazebo.

There's good fishing in the lagoon or you can surf fish right off the beach. Our pier has several boats slips. However, we do not have a boat launch. There are public boat launches nearby, if needed.

We have wifi available. There is a mandatory $25 "parking fee." The cleaning crew will leave the parking pass in the condo prior to your arrival. If you have more than one car, please let me know. You will have to purchase an additional parking pass.

**None of the properties in Gulf Shores have elevators except for the newer "high rise" buildings. If you, or anyone in your party, cannot walk up a flight of stairs, please consider renting from a "high rise" property.

Our unit is comfortable, nicely decorated and has vaulted ceilings.

Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the pull-out sofa is also a queen size.

PLEASE NOTE: The minimum age for renters is 25. No exceptions.
