Casa en la esquina frente a la playa (Landis y 25th St) con vistas panorámicas al océano y a la bahía. ¡Ascensor! 3 paredes de ventanas (debido a la propiedad de la esquina) con mucha luz e increíbles vistas sin obstáculos. Amplia sala de estar frente al mar y vista a la bahía Comedor. Cocina gourmet con barra de bar. 2 master suites. Un montón de estacionamiento dentro y fuera de la calle. Playas vigiladas por la vida a la derecha e izquierda de nuestra propiedad. Ofrecemos vistas desde Atlantic City a Avalon. Internet inalámbrico y cable están incluidos junto con etiquetas de playa. NO HAY CALLAS PARA CRUZAR: nuestra casa está en la playa y el acceso a la playa está en nuestra propiedad en la calle 25, a menos de 50 pies de nuestras puertas frontales y laterales.

Wonderful vacation. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! The owner couldn’t have been more accommodating…very nice and was always available if we had any questions. Beautiful views of the ocean and the bay(especially the sunsets). Highly recommend!!

A magical, oceanfront getaway

This was our second stay a Karl and Fran’s lovely, oceanfront home and we had a fantastic stay. The location can’t be beat: steps from the beach and spectacular views throughout the house. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Great views

Our extended family enjoyed this very up-to-date and clean townhome in a great location that provided wonderful sunrise and sunset views. It’s a few blocks from the north end of the sea isle Promenade. The lifeguarded beach is wide and flat and not very crowded in mid July. The owner was excellent in his text communications and quickly answered any questions. Beach tags and bikes are provided.

Off Season Weekend Getaway

My family and I stayed at this house for a special family weekend during the off season. We truly enjoyed every second thanks to this gorgeous home, view and accommodations provided. The house is perfection, the hosts are responsive, caring, and attentive to detail in their communication as well as in their home feature selection. We could not have had a better stay, and are hoping to get back again next year!

Beautiful House, PERFECT Location

This is our second time staying here! We love it! The location is perfect! It's like a private Beach! It's a short drive, or nice walk into the town. The house is nice, always super clean, and plenty of beds! It has everything you could ever need! The outdoor showers are so nice and convenient! We love this house and hope to continue to stay here for many Summers to come!

Fabulous beach house

This is such a beautiful beach house and the location is perfect! We enjoyed our stay very much, and hope to return next summer. The house was very well equipped with everything you could ask for! The homeowners were great and answered all of our questions and communicated with us throughout the rental process. We traveled half way across the country to visit family and spend time at the beach and this everything we were looking for in a beach rental! Thank you!

Wonderful Property on the Shore

This was a great rental for our family vacation. We had 9 people total and we were all very comfortable. The house is very conveniently located to the beach and a short walk to the promenade. My only grievance with the house is not having a king size bed in the master. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to have. Everything else is wonderful. Thank you, Karl and Fran for sharing your home. We enjoyed it very much.

Amazing Location, Beautiful Home!

Our family cannot say enough about how great this experience was! Karl and Fran were great with communication, and made the process so easy and were a pleasure to work with through the whole experience! The location of the home is absolutely perfect. You couldn’t ask for anything better. It’s a short walk to the beach…and this particular part of the beach is like a private beach! The home comes with everything you could need! Bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. There are heated outdoor private showers, which are so convenient! It was a great experience! Thank you Karl and Fran!

We had a great week the house is in a great location with view of beach and bay. It’s also very walkable to shops, bars and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable we will stay here again. Bikes, beach tags and chairs was a nice perk.

Perfection in every way

Due to covid we had to cancel several international vacations and last minute decided to book a house at the Jersey Shore. After searching and searching we found this lovely home in Sea Isle. I say home because that's what it is. We lucked out because they had a last minute cancellation and we booked it immediately. What we loved: - The location for us is absolute perfection. The beaches are quiet, there is a life guard stand right at the end of the street. - The house has amazing views of the beach and the bay. After 7 days the views never got old. - Bedding: we do not like foam mattresses, we've tried them all and have even found high end hotel mattresses uncomfortable. The master has a very comfortable pillow top mattress that we liked a lot. Our kids liked their beds as well. - House is high quality. Everything is well maintained, beautifully appointed (not over the top) very subtle decorating, yet tasteful. Attention to detail is everywhere. - Lots of a nice to haves: beach chairs, easy to use large grill, beach toys, 4 bikes, great deck chairs, etc etc. - Everything works! We didn't have to contact the owner about any issues. Again house is very well maintained. Pride of ownership is very noticeable. While this maybe a rental it does not feel like it. - Owners are terrific to work with, answered any questions immediately and have very easy to understand check-in and check out procedures. - The ability to walk and bike to restaurants, shops, etc. - Surprisingly the elevator! Made bringing all our luggage, and groceries up a breeze. - Opening the windows, turning off the AC and listening to the sound of the ocean while sleeping. - Internet/tv - had to vpn in for a couple of meetings and had 3 teens streaming at times and no issues with wifi/ISP. Comcast voice remote makes it easy to find what you want. - House: the house is brilliantly designed to not only feature the water but to use every possible sqft. No noise between units. The master-bedroom has its own private floor (4). If you are looking for a high end, beachfront property in the Northern end of Sea Isle this is your place. The location might be too sedate for some but our family absolutely loved it and would book again.

A wonderful family vacation

What a beautiful home! We enjoyed sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the bay. The location was perfect and the home was amazing. The owners were very helpful and made the whole process so easy. Their home is beautifully appointed and our whole family was very comfortable. This home was perfect for anyone with mobility challenges. We reserved a beach wheelchair from Sea Isle City Recreation (free of charge), which was a great plus. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful visit to sea isle

Karl and Fran are wonderful owners and could not have been more helpful and responsive - the home is beautiful and exactly as advertised and a great location - beaches aren’t crowded at that end yet you are a very short distance to the heart of sea isle city. Highly recommend
