L'unité # 417 est un condo en bord de mer direct au 4Úme étage du Smyrna Beach Club avec un balcon privé donnant sur la plage. Il a été mis à jour avec de grandes fonctionnalités. Nous sommes situés à l'extrémité sud de New Smyrna Beach sur une plage NON CONDUITE. Comptoirs en granit et armoires en bois partout, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, sols en carreaux de travertin, ....... vous ne serez pas déçus. Nous avons un lit king dans le maßtre, un lit queen avec un ensemble de lits superposés dans la deuxiÚme chambre. Il s'agit d'une unité non-fumeurs et les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés.

Nous l'avons équipé de tout ce dont les clients auraient besoin pour profiter d'un séjour à la plage:

Vous avez juste besoin d'apporter un écran solaire et votre maillot de bain. Parce qu'il est situé dans la partie sud-est du bùtiment, c'est une unité lumineuse et ensoleillée avec vue sur la piscine ainsi que l'océan. En tant que complexe fermé sur une partie non conductrice de la plage, vous avez moins de trafic piétonnier à travers le complexe et la plage est toujours agréable. J'ai marché le long de la cÎte de New Smyrna et je n'ai pas encore trouvé de meilleure plage.

Location could not have been better - right on the ocean! Unit was very comfortably equipped, very nice linens, towels, beach equip, as promised, kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely return!!

Lovely Condo on Non Driving Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Smyrna Beach Club. Loved that the owner offered us to arrive a night early since it wasn’t rented. The condo is well appointed and very nice. Beautiful beach views. We really appreciated that they provided beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon and boogie boards so we didn’t have to bring all of that. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely spot in NSB

Even though Hurricane Milton cut our stay short, we loved the time we got to spend in NSB. The condo is just as described/shown in listing and has everything you need. The complex pool is great and we met several very friendly owners. The sunrises and beach/ocean views off the balcony are fabulous. Justine’s instructions for checkin, parking and checkout were perfect. We definitely want to come back!!

Wonderful vacation stay

This was by far the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in here in New Smyrna. The condo was extremely clean, had comfortable beds, beach toys, chairs, anything you could think of it had. The owners were pleasant to communicate with and extremely accomading. Ive been coming here with my family for over 30 years and i can say this was our best!

Second time we stayed in this condo and it was terrific both times. Great beach area, view and pool. Other residents are very friendly. Only minor negative is we probably would not schedule during Bike Week again.

Beautiful condo

Property was exactly as listed, everything was clean, and everything u could need was available. Perfect beach vacation. Easy to get ahold of host, answered questions. Check in was easy, no problems. Only issue was wifi was very spotty and wouldn't stay connected. But everything else was great!

Wonderful stay at New Smyrna Beach

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. Condo was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Condo had gorgeous views of the ocean, literally looked like you were on top of the ocean when you walked in the front door! If you are looking for a condo that you can walk to shopping, restaurants this condo may not be for you. But if you are looking for no crowds and a peaceful beach getaway, this condo is for you! We will be returning anytime we are in the area!

Perfect location and great home!

We loved the home and had a wonderful stay. We had a hard time figuring out where the apartment in the complex when we arrived in the middle of the night, but once we knew where we were, it was perfect! We had a lot of rain the week we stayed but we had a wonderful view of the sea on the patio, where we stayed dry, and when we had an hour of sunlight, we were close enough to enjoy the beach and pool at a moments notice! The house was so well appointed we really didn’t need anything at all. Just food and beverage. There were chairs, beach toys, all matter of cooking utensils and both keurig and drip coffee makers. Our first time in NSB was a huge success! Thank you!

Great vacay

My elderly mother and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is on the 4th floor with great views from the balcony. The condo was clean, and the pictures are accurate. We spent most of our time on the beach; however, the pool area is large and was never crowded. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The owner was quick to respond when I was unable to locate the key cards for the front door. My only complaint is there is no washer and dryer in the unit; however, there are 2 washers and 2 dryers convenient to use at the end of the building on the 4th floor. (not all floors have washers and dryers). We had a great vacation and look forward to returning soon.

We are Mark and Justine and we LOVE our condo. We spent the first 5 months of ownership renovating the condo and making it the perfect vacation spot. We continue to improve our condo every year. We enjoy coming to New Smyrna Beach with our family to enjoy the sand and surf.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Our complex is on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach and is gated to offer added safety. With no public access nearby, the beach in front of our complex is never crowded. Having the pool directly on the beach is a big plus. The pool is heated in the Winter.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our favorite time of day is mid to late afternoon when the tide goes out and exposes the sandbar. We grown-ups set up our beach chairs on the sandbar and enjoy each others' company while our kids play in the salt water 'pool' that forms between the sandbar and the beach. It's a great time to break out the hand nets and let the kids try to catch the small fish. We provide the chairs, umbrella, beach towels, nets, boogies boards, and sand toys . You bring the family!
