Newly renovated beautiful 3 bedroom home with views of Wreck Pond. This casita bolsters 2.5 brand new bathrooms, top of the line Wolf/Sub Zero appliances and an open airy feel. This gorgeous home is just 4.5 blocks to the finest beaches at the Jersey Shore! A saltwater heated pool with stadium steps and the adjacent Ipe deck complement the luxury style of a Spring Lake Casita. Bonus features includes a wonderful deck for entertaining and a spacious backyard for kids to play. This home was designed by a family, with a family in mind.

Other things to note:
Cleaning fee is $350 per week.
Check in/out is on Saturdays only.
Minimum stay is one week as per Spring Lake ordinance.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Beautifully renovated home I’m great location!

This home was a great find for our family this summer. Everything is new and the design details are gorgeous. . It offers a great location off the pond, close to the beach, and with its own spacious yard. The owner is very communicative and accommodating . Thank you and we hope to be back!!
