A bright house with a wrap-around porch. The first floor is a great room including kitchen, family and dining areas. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor. Comes with 5 beach passes and South Pavilion beach locker. The house is on a well-shaded property with beautiful late day sun. Constructed in 1877, it predates the town's incorporation in 1892. It maintains some of original floor and windows. It was built by songwriter (mostly hymns it seems) and was often mistaken as the manse for the historic church (open for one service on Sundays) next door.

Great family friendly home!

This is our third year renting this home and its fantastic! Beautiful yet family friendly (we have 3 kids) with an easy walk to the beach. Great backyard for the kids to run around and a beautiful wrap around porch. The owners are very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this home!

Great time had by the whole Family.

My whole family had a great time in this warm, comfortable home. Wonderful spacious main floor had us all together. Having an open kitchen, family room, dining room area made for an enjoyable vacation. Very close to the beach with a locker available for our beach items made it very easy to go back and forth. Very quiet street was also very peaceful. Looking forward to next year.

A Great Time Had in Spring Lake

The location of the property is a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the town of Spring Lake. The train station is a very short car ride away. The location at the southern end of Spring Lake near to Sea Girt provides easy access to the Parker House for lunch, Wednesday night lobster special dinner or afternoon clams and beer. It is also a short walk to Sunday Times the local ice cream parlor. The house has an open floor plan which we found convenient. The owners delivered the property clean and well maintained and were available via email and phone. We had a great two weeks - have rented two years in a row - and would recommend the property to friends and relatives.

Great Family Vacation!

This was our second year renting this home and another great family vacation. The home easily has room for our 3 children plus my parents. The owners are great - very responsive and easy to work with. The house is very family friendly, it's beautiful inside and outside the porch looks out on a picturesque Spring Lake street. A short walk to the beach, town, lake and playground. We had a great stay! Highly recommend this home!

This home was my home for a very special weekend-my son was married at St Catherine's church. This property was absolutely perfect! A beautiful large kitchen open concept living and dining room which opened to a cute backyard. There is also a cute wrap around porch in the front. The owners were wonderful! I would recommend this property to anyone who needs a true vacation---it was walking distance, a couple of blocks, from the Spring Lake boardwalk!

Perfect Family Vacation!

This is a wonderful home in a great location! Plenty of room for our family of 5 with beautifully renovated bathrooms and kitchen area. The open layout made it easy for everyone to be together and the backyard was perfect for the kids. The house is a easy walk to the beach/ice cream store and equally pleasant walk to the center of town and Spring Lake playground. The owners are very thoughtful and provide tons of information that make their home feel familiar. Everything is clean and well organized. We had such a great time - I'd highly recommend to anyone!!

Great Family Rental!!

This is a great family rental. We have 3 children and everyone has their own rooms and space, great backyard where you can see kids from family room and kitchen..and front porch with a swing!! Close walk to the beach and ride bikes into town or the park!! Kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully renovated, central air...all the comforts of home a few blocks from the beach!!

Highly recommended summer rental!

The house is an historic home in wonderful condition-very clean and well-maintained. If anything the house was even nicer than the photos suggested. It is quite spacious so there is plenty of room for a family with kids and/or guests. All the appliances worked perfectly. The air conditioning kept the entire house very cool even on the hot muggy days. The street is peaceful and the neighbors are quiet but the beach and town are only a 10 minute walk away. The owners were very accessible and very helpful in answering our questions when we first arrived. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to have a fun and relaxing summer!
