A game room with pool table/foosball/video games, on a private street near the end of the cul-de-sac, plenty of parking on the drive way or on the street, entertaining backyard with large gazebo, picnic table, additional seating for 10 guest, 2 outdoor heaters and a firepit, all outdoor seating with their own umbrella.
