Easy access to all points of greater Seattle, Airport, and Lake Washington. Please note: Absolutely No Parties or Smoking. Private front entry has long staircase or gentle sloping walk around. Young children need to be supervised.

Everything you need

Helicopter house had everything we needed for our stay in Seattle; easy access to the major routes, and a supermarket just down the road. The place was clean and well equipped, and the owners were very responsive and helpful.

Solid basement apartment with plenty of windows

It's quirkily appointed, but a spotless and comprehensive two bedroom place. Really appreciated the snacks, watermelon, stuff in the fridge, and other extras!

Lovely spacious clean rental

Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and new. Spacious. Peaceful. Well furnished. Kitchen had all the necessary implements for cooking. Host quickly responded to all my messages.
