Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Tower 1 and 2 is open, and the pool between Tower 3 and 4 is open!
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, the normal beach accesses are available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but a temporary beach access has been installed behind Tower 3 for guests in towers 3 and 4 to use until the landscaping behind those towers is complete!

Welcome to your dream beachfront escape at Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach! This stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is perched on the second floor of Tower 4, offering breathtaking, unobstructed views of the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Inside, you'll find a spacious and beautifully furnished retreat designed for relaxation and comfort. The master suite features a luxurious king-size bed, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds, perfect for family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, with modern appliances, granite countertops, and a dining area to enjoy your creations. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room bring in plenty of natural light and lead to the oversized private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with a sunset cocktail as the waves roll in.

Long Beach Resort boasts some of the best amenities in PCB, including three Gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated), three hot tubs, and a poolside bar & grill. You'll also have direct beach access, so you can step straight onto the sand for a day of sun and surf. Conveniently located near Pier Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and an array of dining and shopping options, you'll have endless entertainment at your fingertips.

Great view & condo on the beach!

Great condo on the beach with a fabulous view. Plenty of room in the unit and we loved the windows with the views. I would highly recommend and stay here again.

Would stay there again.

The stay was great, location was great restaurants very close and easy to get around. The beach was amazing. The only complaint would be the cleanliness, dusty, the floors were in need of mopping.

Celebrating graduation

The room was great for us. The bed slept great and wal-mart was convenient for shopping. Waffle House is next door for teenage late night munchies too.

Love this property

Had a fantastic stay. Condo is exactly as pictured. The furnishings and decor are beautiful. The beds in the guest room need to be replaced and a little paint wouldn't hurt, but those are my only 2 suggestions. It was a very nice touch to have the codes and parking passes mailed to us prior to leaving home...loved that! Beautiful condo, fantastic property and great location.

Amazing Condo

I never leave a review, but I felt this place really exceeded my expectations. The view is outstanding and the elevators/parking make it super easy to access, especially with kids! The condo came with everything we needed and our kids loved it. The pools and hot tubs were never packed and the bar/grill service was phenomenal. Overall, I will be coming back here anytime I want a beach vacation and that says something because I visit the beach frequently and this is the first place I have fallen in love with!!

Nice condo

Long Beach Resort is the best. We stay here every year. It was our first time at this condo and enjoyed everything about our stay except the tv and internet reception. There is a very limited choice on the main tv in the den (where everyone sits together) but we did have internet tv in the bedrooms??? This limits everyone being able to watch movies etc together so that was disappointing. Other than that it’s a very nice rental! Location of the condo, tower 4 seems to be our favorite and the ease of checking in and out was also good👍🏻

Thanks for your review. To clarify, the WiFi is resort run fiber optic wifi that supports streaming. And the tv in the living room does offer cable and hdmi ports for guests who wish to bring their own streaming devices. Thanks. ~Kim’s Condos

Repairs needed on renovated condo

The balcony door could barely be opened by thr stronger person, the bedroom furniture in one room falling apart. Sparse furnishings. The Murphy bed would have been useful if it had a mattress. It wasn’t listed as an option, so, this is not really a conplaint.

Thank you for your review. Had you called at any time during your stay regarding the issue with the balcony door, we could have sent maintenance over to put the door back on track, which was all it needed. I'm not sure what you mean by the bedroom furniture in one room is falling apart, the owner was in the condo for 2 weeks prior to your check in and did not notice or mention any problems with the furniture, nor has the cleaner. And last, you are correct, there is no mattress provided for the cabinet bed as the condo is listed as sleeps 6, the owners do not want to use the cabinet bed for renters. Your party was listed as 5, so there are enough beds in the condo to accommodate 5 people without using the cabinet bed. Thanks again!

Disappointed, Not Clean

The location and property was nice. Access to the beach was good. There was no pool at Tower IV. The kitchen floor had stains and spots of food on it - like it had never been mopped. The refrigerator needed to be wiped out. The tubs were so dirty that we bought tub mats to stand on. There is a drainage problem in the guest bathroom. The tub and commode had to be unstopped several times during our stay. The balcony furniture hadn’t been wiped down in an apparent long time. There was no sofa sleeper as advertised which caused us a problem. There were lightbulbs out in the dining room. The balcony door stuck and was very difficult to open. Linens were stained to the point that we bought our own to use. We were disappointed and will not stay at Long Beach again.

First, we're not sure what you mean about no pool at tower 4, there has always been and still is a pool located right between towers 3 and 4, you can't miss it, or at least we thought you couldn't. And this unit has never had a sofa sleeper and we have never advertised it as having a sleeper sofa. It sleeps 6 people comfortably in beds, which on your reservation that you made online you indicate you had 6 people. Regarding your cleanliness issues, we rarely have any issues with this particular cleaner, but if you had experienced the issues that you claim to have had, all you would have needed to do was call us and we would have been more than happy to send her back. However, we cannot address or remedy a situation that we don't know about.

Disappointing

Dishwasher didn’t work, outlets didn’t work, 2 out of 3 bed mattress's was worn out with sinking holes in it, the bottom of bathroom cabinet doors had rough edges like they were cut with a hand saw and never sanded down. The bathroom sinks were rusted. The deadbolt on the front door didn’t work. Internet connection to tv’s was slow and just cut off in the middle of a program. Pillowcases had black marks like mascara was on them. Floors extremely dirty cob webs everywhere. Rust on the outside of dishwasher and refrigerator no ice trays or ice maker. Very minimal kitchen supplies not even a roll of paper towels to start with. Dining room chairs had no support you just sunk into a hole. Mold all over the balcony ceiling and doorway's. The only thing that was good about it was the location and a nice view. We stayed in tower 1 last year with no complaints and a wonderful experience.

The dishwasher and outlets do work, not sure what the issue was there. There is an ice maker in the freezer, not the refrigerator. Yes there is some rust spots on the outside of the dishwasher, there's no way to clean those spots off. The cleaner leaves a start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels etc so there was a roll of paper towels. The owners of the condo had just spent two weeks in this unit prior to this guest and had none of these issues with mattresses, cabinet doors, sinks, deadbolt, wifi, dining room chairs, floors or cob webs. But we are glad to hear you enjoyed the view. Thanks!

Spring Break at PCB

My husband, two sons and their two friends stayed at Long Beach Resort during this busy week.The kids loved the location (ages 18-20) because it was very close to all of the things they were interested in doing. My spouse & I appreciated that the resort is gated with security at the entrance,, so even though the streets around the resort are loaded with kids, the property felt safe. The resort staff were always visible & did a nice job keeping things tidy. Many people in other reviews said that the property is outdated, but I didn’t feel that way at Tower 4. We did not use the pools because the beaches at PCB are too beautiful to hang out poolside during the day instead of at the beach, but our kids used the hot tub nightly & had fun meeting kids their age while hanging out there. The condo is managed by Kim’s Condo’s & we did need to contact them about a problem early in our stay. The property manager responded immediately and provided options for us to choose from to make sure our needs were met. The condo itself is decorated nicely and made you feel like you were truly on vacation. I hesitated to rent a 2nd floor condo because I was concerned the views wouldn’t be great, but they were amazing & we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the sunsets.The beach was super easy to access too. Only complaint is that the furniture in the 2 queen bedroom is not in great condition and needs to be replaced by the owners.You'll love this property-do not hesitate to rent!
