Welcome to this beautiful newly renovated house with your private pool in the heart of Fort Lauderdale! Perfect getaway! This home features a spacious kitchen with all your cooking ware/ utensils, private pool for friends & family. Cozy home has 3 Bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms.

This unique house located very close to all your main attracions! Very inviting and welcoming , great for all! Minutes away from all of your top restaurants , Nightlife , Las Olas Blvd, Downtown Fort Lauderdale , Beach is 5-10 minutes away. Close to all your major highways I95 and 595 , also 10-15 minutes away from the Fort Lauderdale airport. Publix , Walgreen , Crown wine & spirits liquor store are all walking distance.

If requested, the manager will meet you at check in and go over the amenities and answer questions, or you can check-in alone using your personal 4 digit security code .The manager is available by phone or email to answer questions.

*Quiet neighborhood so PLEASE NO parties NO events as we need to be respectful to the neighbors. Under no circumstances are these allowed! Plenty of places to go in this area to enjoy yourselves.
*Smoking inside is prohibited and forfeits security deposit.
*Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times.
*No daily cleaning services.
*All TVs are smart TVs for online streaming. No Cable. Wifi available for guest.
*We may have scheduled maintenance workers , lawn care, pool maintenance, repair work that may need access to home or yard. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.

Fantastic!

I absolutely had the best time with my friends, everything was perfect!!! The pool was the best, did some grilling with friends, cooked some nice dinners with my friends, had some movie nights, showers were perfect temperature, the owner always help and answered any questions, a huge huge huge big thanks to Luis very much appreciative with him being a fantastic host, highly recommend! Will be coming back soon!

Good Location and Nice Neighborhood

This is our 3rd time visiting and lodging in the area. The neighborhood is nice and walkable. Everything you need is a short drive including the beach. The backyard is pretty spacious for the area and having a private pool was great. The owner was very responsive and no issues there. The home was functional but does need some TLC. We felt the price didn’t reflect the quality. But it worked for our needs.

Retirement Reunion

We very much enjoyed our stay with a resort like atmosphere. Luigi was very responsive to any questions or comments we had. We especially enjoyed the back yard by the pool. Some of the outdoor furniture could use some updating. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to assist the chef we had. The description of the property states that there are 2 beds in the third bedroom, but there is only one bed. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Number one Vrbo stay!

This home is in a quiet location located close to everything. Luigi was such a wonderful host. Quick to communicate and very thoughtful. Came to visit my sick mom and he left her a gift himself. He was very accommodating. Our camper ac went out and he had no problems with us parking it in the driveway. The backyard was so cute cozy. Cold pool with recliners to catch some sun. And a cute hangout spot with shade for nighttime. I couldn’t have asked for better. The beds were so comfortable. He left his Netflix signed in for tv. Amenities were left for laundry kitchen and bathrooms. We will absolutely stay here in the future!

Five Star Stay

This property was an absolutely dream. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Beautiful outdoor pool and yard, with plenty of privacy and peace. A pleasant surprise was that each room in the house had a tv with streaming service available, and a guest sign-in option for Netflix. The internet was very reliable and fast, too. Cooking and kitchen utensils were brand new and clean, and I really liked that, unlike at most rental properties, certain things were left behind/available for use for next guests, such as condiments in the fridge, cooking products such as flour, salt, etc, and there was even water in the fridge which was a nice welcome after a long flight. Board games and pool supplies were lovingly left for the next guests as well. They’re small things, but they eliminate the stern, sterile feeling of a “rental” property and instill the warm, welcoming feeling of a vacation “home”. The host, Luigi, was an absolute pleasure. All in all, this property really grew on us and we’d love to stay here again.

Amazing stay!

The stay was perfect. The pool was a huge bonus for those warm days! Luigi was very helpful and always made to respond in a timely manner. Definitely would love to come back to this house!
