Soundside 2 Bdr Condo *Pool & dock

Top floor, 2 bedroom condo overlooking the courtyard, and only an elevator ride to the pool. The complex is waterfront and has views of the Santa Rosa Sound and small islands.
The complex boasts a pool overlooking the waterfront, tie down for a boat, a dock for fishing, out door tables and grills by the waterfront, and islands with beautiful white sand beaches across the sound. There are 2 kayaks available for rent during your stay if you would like to kayak the short distance to the islands.

Condo itself was beautiful and clean. It was a very pleasant stay. Host was extra nice and very helpful. The only complaints we really had was that the listing wasn't specific about the location/area or the fact that this is in an apartment complex type setting. If we had known that we probably would have chosen something else closer to Destin for the price we paid. Also, the master bedroom apparently did not get good enough signal for the wifi. Could not get the Roku to work even to run Netflix. Otherwise we were very comfortable and happy with the rental. We had a great stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Traumurlaub in Ft. Walton Beach

Wir haben für drei Wochen Sandras sehr schöne, gemütlich eingerichtete und sehr saubere Wohnung gemietet. Es war alles top und gerne würden wir 10 Sterne vergeben😃! Es fehlte an nichts! Wenn man Fragen hatte, reagierte Sandra umgehend. Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber auch ihren Charme hat und wird permanent instand gehalten! Die Lage am Wasser ist einfach nur traumhaft! Durch den Mix von Feriengästen und Dauermietern, fühlt man sich gleich als Mitglied der Gemeinschaft. Wir kommen wieder!!
