Lorsque vous sĂ©journez dans l'unitĂ© 4007 de l'Islander, vous pouvez vraiment admirer les images et les sons de notre cĂŽte d'Ă©meraude depuis ce patio privĂ©. Levez-vous pour profiter du lever du soleil au moins une fois pour dĂ©couvrir les oranges, roses, rouges, cela vous coupera le souffle. Votre terrasse au quatriĂšme Ă©tage est tout simplement parfaite pour le cafĂ©, le thĂ© ET 5h00. Soyez en mesure de suivre tout le monde dans le groupe lorsque vous restez dans 4007 car vous ĂȘtes Ă  vue de la piscine. Profitez des appareils INOXYDABLES dans la cuisine lorsque vous voulez vous divertir en soirĂ©e et cuisiner quelque chose de spĂ©cial. This was a great room as it was located right by the elevator and had a great centralized view of the beach/pool. The beds were comfy. The beach equipment in the room was convenient for the kids. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Overall, it was a great stay and a great room. I would recommend!

It was very clean aside from the carpets in the bedrooms need replaced or at least cleaned as well as the area rug. The beds were the most uncomfortable ones Ive ever slept on they feel like a box spring with a mattress pad. We visit multiple times each year and Brooks and Shorey are the best as always and take care of any issues that arise.

Condo was super clean. Everything just as listed. Loved the convenience to the pool, beach and even parking lot and elevators. If I had any complaints, it would be that the beds were to firm for my liking and make sure you take pillows. Didn’t like the pillows.

The beach and water were fabulous! Kenny and the beach chairs were definitely a plus! The pool was clean and pool area was clean as well. The hours for the fitness center have a little to be desired...it is only open during business hours 9-5 and we are early risers and start the day with activity...not able to use the fitness center because it was only open during “Prime” beach time or while we needed to be at convention center. As for unit 4007, great unit! If I were to be nit-picky...the trash cans under sink need the mechanism secured so trash can don’t fall out every time you use the trash cans...I ended up pulling one out and sitting it in the kitchen. The paint (or wrap) on cabinets is peeling. If you are visiting and like the room cold, this place is for you, but if you like several blankets...you need to bring your own.

The condo was clean and had a wonderful view. The staff was friendly and the included beach chairs were comfortable. The only complaint is we went in April and the pool heater had already been turned off so the water was cold, but other than that a great place to stay. Would stay there again

With 4 adults there was not enough towels. We had to call main office but was given some pretty quickly. Also with there being 4 of us, we could ot sit together on the beach as we were only allowed 2 chairs without a fee.

Photos can be deceiving

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a disappointment. The photos looked nice and the location is great. But the place is old. This was evident when we showed up by the exterior looks and the smell of the unit (like ingrained smoke from decades past). I seriously question the cleaning of the unit since there was hair on the couch and pills spilled on the bedroom floor. There’s also deferred maintenance even though this unit looked updated in photos. The A/C vent and fridge both had a lot of rust on the front and the kitchen cabinet was broken with paint stripped off. Unit and fees are pricey so we simply expected more. Left early and stayed at a different property.

Beautiful property in perfect location

This unit was decorated beautifully and everything was so clean. The location on the beach was amazing. The complex was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. They cleaned all of the common areas every morning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
