The nicely appointed 2-floor, 2 bedroom condo was a great place to enjoy all of the amenities at the summerhouse complex. The King bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable and our child enjoyed the bunk beds in the second bedroom. The living room features a large TV and seating for 5 or 6 between a couch, loveseat, and chair. The view from the unit looks out between 2 buildings to a clear view of the ocean, which is only a short walk away. The quiet beach is clean with soft sand and a gradual slope. Definitely recommend for couples, friend groups, or small families.

Nice unit with a good view of the pool and ocean. Nice afternoon shade and sitting on the balcony. Unit is well maintained and managed. Summerhouse is a great location and well maintained. Enjoy your stay!

Wonderful stay

Loved everything about our stay. The condo had everything we wanted in a perfect location. The resort was quiet and we usually had the pool to ourselves along with the beach only a minute away. Would definitely stay again.

Check in process was very easy. The property management team did an excellent job in communicating which made our stay relaxing and worry free. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a few meals and just relax at beach or watch a movie and enjoy the views, sunset and sunrise just lovely.

Wonderful stay!

This was a wonderful rental from the reservation to check out. The location is out of the busiest part of town so plenty of privacy but close enough to have access to food, shopping and other activities. The condo was spotless and very comfortable I would 100% recommend.

We loved our week at sea gem. Great weather, great view, great amenities! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well accessorized. We were greeted with frosty Pilsner glasses in the freezer. Pool was nice and beach was wide and clean. Would definitely recommend for a family get-away.

Perfect family getaway

This condo is wonderful! Clean and well stocked. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony and master bedroom and just a short walk to the beach. Would definitely book here again and highly recommend this property.
