This comfortable, spacious 4 level condo sleeps 8 and features a fantastic open floor plan. Gathering the group for games, dinner or just hanging out will be a highlight of your stay. Just a mile from the restaurants and shops of North Conway Village, you can easily walk to Cranmore Mountain as well as the trails of Whitaker Woods. In addition, you can now pick up the newly paved North Conway Rec Trail at Cranmore where you can even rent bikes! Our location is phenomenal as a home-base for your adventures: it's quiet and wooded, yet so close to the hiking, biking, skiing, riding, paddling, climbing, dining, and outlet-shopping you come to North Conway for! Relax on the deck or keep your workout streaks alive in our gym, complete with Peloton bike, Bowflex SelectTech weights, yoga mats/blocks and a 5-person Finlandia Sauna. Amenities include brand new air conditioning, a 65" smart TV with surround sound; WIFI; deck for lounging and stargazing; a large, fully-equipped kitchen; plus a cozy sleeping loft, accessible by ladder for the adventurous.

Perfect Getaway

Close to a lot of restaurants and shops but still tucked away. Beds are insanely comfortable, and the condo is very clean. Highly recommend.

Excellent rental!

This was one of my favorite VRBO rentals! It was as depicted online. It was so clean, comfy beds, and close to downtown! We appreciated the peloton and the sauna. We'd love to visit again!

Excellent!

We had a great time! Everything was really clean and comfortable and the location is perfect for our group. AC was a definite plus in this heat. It's unanimous, everyone is looking forward to staying here again in the winter for skiing & tubing!

Family get away

We LOVED this home. There was so much attention to detail, communication with Mary was amazing and the house is one of the best we have ever rented. Spacious , extremely clean, updated, well stocked for a traveling family , so much space and awesome kid’s bedroom. We 110% would return to this property.

Lovely Summer Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this property and hope to return in the future. The condo was roomy, clean, bright, airy and very well appointed. There is so much to do in the area for adults and kids alike, all made easier by where this property is situated; right next to Cranmore and right near downtown North Conway. We have stayed in many properties in the area. This one ranks right up there at the top of the list and Mary was a great host!

Super convenient and fun

It was so nice to be able to walk to Cranmore and downtown. The sauna and Peloton are wonderful extras. And I couldn't help but to fall asleep on coach every night with the pellet stove roaring away. Such a nice place. I could live here, but it's great for short stays. We'll be back!

NC Family Getaway

We are originally from Massachusetts, but live in NC now. This trip was the first time we were bringing our children to the Mountains in NH. Mary was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful including recommendations on restaurants and attractions. The property was as described in the listing. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more to make our visit comfortable, fun and memorable.

As Advertised

Property is just as it appears in listing. It is very clean and spacious and well-stocked. It gave us and our adult children plenty of room to spread out, and the gym area/peloton was a plus! Mary was very attentive and provided us with great tips for things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend!

Beyond exceeded expectations

We absolutely loved staying here. It is incredibly homey and every single detail was thought of. We enjoyed the sauna and pellet stove and they worked great. Right at the base of Cranmore, you couldn't be closer. The beds were very comfy with cozy warm comforters. We had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. One person worked from home on Friday at the desk and the wifi worked great. Parking was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Cormier Family Reunion

We have stayed in several VRBO’s and this is the best one. As described, clean and Mary was very helpful and quick to respond to inquiries. From the beds, to the sheets, to the towels it was top quality. Kitchen was stocked with spices, zip lock bags, etc. laundry room fully stocked. This was all very helpful as we traveled from NC to the reunion by air. We highly recommend this property and the hosts.

Fantastic Duplex Layout

From the booking to the leaving, there is nothing but great things to say about the Tilted Toboggan! Mary's outreach, technological excellence, facility preparation reflects years of experience, consideration for our happiness and strive for perfection. Great layout for families, with peaceful hidden spots for those wishing a quiet read, decks aplenty for relaxing while enjoying the mountain air and entertainment options for kids and adults alike. Nothing missing...nothing broken...no mysterious odors or any of the other kinds of things we often find when we are VBROing. Highly recommended rental!!

Loved the Tilted Tobboggan!

We had such a great time celebrating the Holidays in NH and staying her, had the perfect amount of space and the small touches Mary had were great. We had family from PA and WY with us and they also loved it. We definite will be renting again.
