Please Note: With all due respect, I only rent to families and mature adult groups. This is NOT a "Party House." We like to communicate with our guests as part of the booking process. Thank you! The cozy home is set back from the road, with woodland views on every side. It is only 10 minutes from town but in a quiet, secluded woodland area. All amenities: HD cable, 47' HD Flat screen in the living room, individual flat screens in every bedroom (all Roku equipped), Broadband Wi-Fi. Large deck, charcoal grill (April through October), screened sun/play porch, large private yard with masonry fire / S'mores pit. It is a peaceful location just minutes from North Conway. 5 minutes from Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park, 10 minutes to Storyland & Outlet Shopping, and 15 minutes to Attitash Alpine Slide, Echo Lake State Park & Saco River. It is the best of both worlds - minutes from town via back road access, avoiding traffic, but quiet, very private setting with woodland views on all four sides of the house. Note: There is a security camera on the driveway and garage as we are set back from the road and nicely secluded. Unfortunately, our online calendar tells the world when the house is vulnerable! This was our second year here. Four of us come up from Massachusetts to play golf over a long weekend. The house is perfect for us, with plenty of bedrooms, island kitchen and even a hot tub. Neill, the owner, is an excellent host!

Wonderful home

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect & close to everything. The owners were very responsive and attentive if we needed them. We had two little kids with us and the playroom was a great thing to have for the snowy weekend! Will deff try to stay here again!

Storyland

This property was in a perfect location- no more than 10 minutes to the outlets and Storyland. The beds have old style plastic waterproof mattress protectors that my adult children commented on - those could be updated. Overall it was great!

Family vacation

The property was great. The location was convenient to the area attractions. We loved the backyard space to play yard games. It was overall very spacious for 9 people. The manger was very easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend the house.

Great week-end

We stayed for the long week-end to do some hiking at the Moat mountain. The house is very well located with its private yard and a few minutes from everything. There was plenty space for the 6 of us and the kitchen was very well equiped. The jacuzzi was much appreciated after a long hiking! The host is very responsive. I recommand this place!

Very pleasant stay!

Great location on the outskirts of N Conway! Went with the whole family (10) and we had plenty of room. The grandchildren liked the toys available to them. This place is very clean. Enjoyed hot tub especially after a day at Storyland! Neil was very kind and informative in making sure we had a good experience! My family wished it was our house lol! Thanks for making us feel welcome! Would definitely rent again.

Summer in the Mountains

We stayed a Neill's house last summer for the weekend. The house was very clean and I really liked the fact there was a washer and dryer. There are a lot of things to do near by, North Conway and the train just to the south Jackson, Bartlett, Rte 302 and Attitash just to the north. It was great to be able to eat breakfast, go for a hike, run home for a late lunch then head south for some festivities in North Conway center. I would definately recommend this place for any season fun because it is so centrally located to all sorts of activities.

Beautiful clean spacious house and convenient location! Stayed for the weekend with family to visit storyland and the outlets. Everything was a short drive away! Neill recommended the Moat Mountain restaurant and the food was fabulous! We were so appreciative of the welcome gift & easy check in process. We had a great stay and look forward to visiting again!

Neill was easy to communicate with and provided all details needed for the property. The hot tub was welcome after a long day of shopping and exploring North Conway. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of space. Everything seemed clean and in good order, if not a bit dated. We would stay again!

Fourth of July

We went up for the Fourth of July and a Storyland adventure with the kids. Neil was a great host! House was great and had everything we needed and more!! Loved the welcome package! Very nice touch!! We will definitely be back!

Perfect For Our Family Getaway

The house was a perfect fit for our family! Our two young children loved the variety of toys and it kept them happily entertained. The house was spacious for everyone to spread out in and was clean. Communication with the property owners was prompt and you can tell they care about the house and the quality of their guest’s stay.

Weekend getaway

Property is well equipped with anything you may need even pack and plays and high chairs and toys lonesome board games and plenty of cards. Property is very close to everything we needed and Neil was very helpful with ensuring that our stay was stress free including having a great bottle of wine for the adults and s’mores for the kids I can’t say enough good things about our family stay. Neill was a great host and provided in depth and prompt information throughout the planning and arrival process. This home was great for 4 adults and 3 small kids with plenty of space for the kids to play, adults to hang out and more than enough sleeping options. We arrived to a beautiful welcome basket, everything was thoughtfully labeled, and Neill’s support of law enforcement families is greatly appreciated. Additionally, the location of this property was perfect for visiting the North Conway and local area attractions! Storyland is 8 mins away, Conway Scenic Railroad and shops 5 mins, and so much more. We had the best of both worlds, private home but close to so much. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay minutes from Cranmore

Our stay at Neill's home was lovely! The house is very clean with many nice personal touches, and couldn't be in a better location for spending time around North Conway. His communication was spectacular and overall a delightful host. I would recommend for anyone coming to the area!
