Old Naples Walk to 5th Ave 4 Bedrm 5 bath home

Walk to world famous Fifth Avenue, and to Third Street dining and shopping. The best shopping and dining in Old Naples! Just an 8 block walk to the beach. 30 day rentals are typical, but please send an inquiry for other possible time frames.

Four ensuite bedrooms. Sleeps 10

Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with open concept dining. Powder room on main level.

Large screen TVs and free WiFi.

Weber grill and fenced in private outdoor brick patio, dining, seating, and lounging area with a small, deep, private dipping pool.

Enjoy a refreshing dip in the deep, heated “plunge” pool and relax with dinner on the patio.

Appointed with detail, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels are at the property for your enjoyment. Just add a bathing suit!

Two bicycles are available and are a treat for tooling around the area or a quick trip to take in the sunset. (cycling is optional and at your own risk). Ring doorbell front door.

Master Bedroom #1 is an en suite featuring a king bed, window seat, private balcony with seating and large screen TV. Master Bedroom #2 is also an en suite with a king bed and a balcony! Guest room #3 has two queen beds and an en suite. The 4th bedroom is a small bunk room with a full-size bed on the bottom and twin on top, built-ins, and its own en suite. The fifth full bathroom is off of the living room. Each bedroom has its own private bath. In addition to the living area, there is an additional TV room with a large wrap-around sofa.

Memorial Day Weekend 2025

Great location

5 of us enjoyed staying at this property. Great location and walking distance to coffee, tennis, and restaurants. The rooms were nice and clean. Master is a good size room. The other rooms feel smaller than they look in the photos. We never used the pool, it is very small. We did enjoy the back patio, private and cute. My only concern was the smell. The house smells very musty. .

Beautiful home in great location

We all enjoyed our week in this designer-decorated while comfortable home in Olde Naples. The home is well-stocked, including with a pull-out shelf of spices, the beds are great, the linens are high-end, and the location is very walkable to the beach, restaurants, nearby Cambier Park (tennis, basketball, bird-watching, and evening concerts), and downtown Naples. The bicycles and plunge pool were well-used. When we had a problem with the refrigerator’s ice-maker, Samantha had a large bag of ice and some sparkling water delivered. No complaints.

Beautiful home and great location to Fifth ave, Naples, Fl

The rooms were beautiful and well decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/ accessories for our Thanksgiving dinner. Pool was small, a plunge pool, but nice outdoor seating space. Manager responded to questions immediately and let us check in as soon as at the cleaners finished.

Awesome House!!!

This house was beautiful and accommodating! We had several Chick-Fil-A staff come down from Atlanta to help with the hurricane relief and they loved the place! Samantha the property manager was great and always very responsive to any needs we had. We all would definitely recommend this property to anyone. Thank you again Samantha. Everyone gave this property an A++++!!!

Great place and location!

Overall, we loved this property. The communication with the property manager was excellent and she was extremely responsive to our needs. The whole house is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was great and well-stocked with spices, cookware and everything we needed. The washer and dryer were used daily with 4 adults, 4 teens and 2 children. Everything you need is there. The two biggest negatives were: the AC was great in most rooms but the 2nd floor master and side room didn’t have good air circulation and were somewhat hot. Secondly, the “pool” is super tiny and our kids, who love almost every pool were unimpressed. The pool-photo is misleading. Final verdict…we would go back.

Beautiful well-stocked home, fantastic location

This house is absolutely beautiful. Loved the decor and thoughtful amenities. Very clean! Best stocked house we've ever stayed in (and we use VRBO often). Location is central to 5th avenue, 3rd street, private beach, and marina. Easy walk to most of what Naples has to offer. Pool is small (as indicated by other reviews) but so nice to have. It's in a lovely garden setting. There are many stairs in the house to bedrooms and bathrooms, so house might not be best for those with mobility issues. Huge laundry room that is away from bedrooms, making it easier to do laundry when necessary. Samantha was easy to work with and quick to respond. Highly recommend this rental!

Quick Family Trip. - something for everyone

We took a quick trip to Naples from Boston area to insure a great start to summer. The home was an absolute 10 - more than. enough space for a family of 5 adults. Tastefully decorated, comfortable bedding and all the accoutrements needed to spend 5 days in our home away from home. Beach equipment and bikes were perfect and the location could not have been better. Hope to repeat our visit.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property over the Christmas holiday. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The house has spacious rooms and came fully equipped with bikes, beach chairs and supplies. We would love stay here again, great experience all around.
