Dogwood Point Lake House on Lake Hamilton

We had such a good time visiting with family and enjoying the lake. With the lake right out the back door and Hot Springs so close this is the perfect place to be. Thank you Mike and Phen for sharing your home with us.

We had two families in the house for the weekend. Four children and four adults. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped for any kind of meal. The bedrooms were comfortable. We loved the dock on the water for the kids to swim from. There was a platform dock above the water so the adults could have a snack while watching the kids play in the water. And because the location of the house was away from the main part of the lake, we didn't have to worry so much about the kids swimming in boat traffic. It was overall a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone!

Had a great stay. Owners are very responsive before/during/after the stay. We had a great stay and loved the porch and the water view. Even got to see a bald eagle over the lake!

We had an awesome time! The view was fantastic. Bedrooms were not as private as we would have liked but it did not interfere with the great time we had.We rented a boat in town and ir only took 15 min by boat to get to our dock. Great for swimming too! Thank you!!

Our stay was as good as it could be! We had a wonderful time and couldn't have asked for more!

The house was clean, in a great location and had beautiful views of the surrounding forestry and the beautiful Hamilton Lake.

The kitchen was great with plenty of silverware, glasses, plates, bowls, etc., as well as cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc., and a coffee maker.

The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were accessible and a good size, the outside deck was roomie with plenty of seating room and the fenced in dog area was the perfect place to let your dogs out without having to have a leash.

There was a ton of parking space in the front which was great for us because we had two big trucks, but you could probably fit more than five if you wanted to.

In addition, the house was full of fun games to play (board games, checkers, dominos), movies to watch, DISH TV access, plenty of extra blankets, pillows, etc., for a comfortable stay. It was just GREAT!

Lastly, the best part was that the owners were extremely responsive to any questions we had and their instructions for leaving were simple, clear and concise.

We will definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend to anyone!
