Modern and sophisticated hacienda with grand pool, designer finishes, and a short ride to the world famous Las Vegas Strip. Featuring two living rooms and multiples TVs, an open concept chef's kitchen with black stainless steel appliances, spacious and lush private backyard with built-in BBQ, and views of the mountains from the second level bedrooms. The 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom house underwent a designer custom renovation and offers unmatched elegance, feel like you are in Tulum or Tuscany.

Great spot for extended stay

Stayed here with several colleagues in town for an extended work project. The house was close to everything we needed - cozy with great character and especially enjoyed the outdoor space. Communication with Derek was perfect - very easy stay and will definitely return if back in the area.

New Year in Vegas

My friend’s family and my own stayed at this property for New Year. It is close enough to the rowdy strip to be able to enjoy it, but far enough away to have some peace. Derek was great at communicating and answering pur questions. I would recommend this house to others.

Family Visit

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood but had extremely easy access to main roads going anywhere in Vegas. Walmart, Sam's Club, and so much more was within a short driving distance. The house was amazing! We did wish the weather was a bit warmer so we could enjoy the very inviting pool and outside BBQ area but perhaps next time. Check in and out was super easy! Derek is always available for messaging and super accommodating. Comfy seating was everywhere in the house which made separate conversations convenient. Beds were soft and nicely placed. Check the fridge and pantry before shopping - lots of supplies are already there for use. I recommend this house for friends and family trying to have home away from home get togethers. We will be looking for availability with this house on our next group trip to Vegas.

Week in Vegas

Excellent place, clean and tidy with plenty of space (we were party of 9 from UK). Great location for getting into the Strip, with nearby shops for days in at the pool. Full kitchen for days you don’t want to go out, with bbq for the lazy pool party. Would definitely recommend this to anyone travelling with large group!
