Newly renovated oceanfront penthouse with ocean in the backyard and nature preserve and river in the front. 3 generous sized bedrooms, beautiful tile floors, and new bathrooms for your stay in paradise. Head downstairs and enjoy the beautiful, uncrowded beaches, and nature all around. This unit has everything you need from tropical themed furniture to comfortable beds, three televisions, and Wi-Fi. While here, you just may get lucky and see a space shuttle launch — it’s amazing to watch them fly from the northeast corner balcony. And, did I mention the views, because these are some of the best in the world.

Information on the area: The home is located right near the Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge, which is a fun hike that takes you down to the river. This area of Florida’s Space Coast has the highest concentration of sea turtles in North America, so you are in for a treat if you come during sea turtle nesting season. Sebastian Inlet State Park is a less than 10 minute drive south and is an incredible place to visit. If you love to golf, we’ve got that covered too with 2 golf courses nearby. Excellent restaurant selections abound in the area and a Publix grocery store 5 minutes away, rounds out everything you will need while at your beach hideaway. And, of course within the wider region you have all the fun of Cape Canaveral and the space program plus of course Orlando International Airport, Disney, and all the theme parks within an hour - 1 1/2 hours away.

Beautiful condo in a great location

Breathtaking corner penthouse with lots of windows and plenty of room. Beach is very private and pool is very well heated for cooler days. Very friendly neighbors giving a nice community feel. We really enjoyed our stay!

March get away

This is our second year at Sterling House in Melbourne Beach, and we could not have been happier in this condo. It’s very large, clean, the beds are so comfy, and the kitchen well appointed. The best is being right on the beach! Brooks is a wonderful host, and is very responsive to questions we had while we were there, which honestly weren’t many because everything is there. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful, Peaceful Retreat on the Beach

Our house sold earlier than expected, and we couldn’t been happier. Because this was the absolute best possible way to close out the school year here - on the beach with an absolutely amazing view. Great layout, great location - midway to almost everything, and great host of course. Thanks for such an awesome and truly enjoyable stay.

Our host couldn't be nicer....great communicator....large condo with well equipped kitchen. On sixth floor so great views. Heated pool is fantastic. Tennis and pickle ball courts are in great shape. Highly recommend this rental.

Lovely beach condo

Gorgeous views. Furniture and Beds were very comfortable. HVAC AND VENTS NEED CLEANING. Cooking wear was a little dirty and had to clean some pots before cooking otherwise ok but could use a cast iron pot. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and mugs and other appliances. There was some mold in main shower that I had to clean due to my wife’s allergies. The location of this condo is great. Quiet private beach and lovely heated pool. We saw 4 space launches from the balcony while here! All in all we were very happy with our stay and have already booked for next year.

Tranquility awaits!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The view from all windows is amazing! Waking up to the sound of the surf and the rising sun is a perfect start to an enjoyable day. The furniture throughout the house is very Comfortable, and the house is fully equipped With all you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Restaurants around the area are very good, my favorite being Dijon’s, and Coconut Cove - It’s about a 40 minute drive to Vero beach and Fort Pierce where there are plenty of water view restaurants. Sites around make for a great day out! including the botanical gardens, Navy Seals museum, and Kennedy Space Center - all just a short ride away. Our stay here was most relaxing, looking forward to visiting the area again next year!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

This property is amazing! If you're looking for a quiet vacation spot, right on the beach but not far from all the major attractions - this is for you. This isn't your crazy party scene, but a relaxing, quiet area that makes a great escape while the condo is still setup for working from home. The host is quick to respond and very nice. We stayed for the month of January and were able to see several rocket launches with amazing views, watched dolphins regularly, and enjoyed the calming sound of the waves at night. The only hard thing you'll face here is when you pack up to leave and trying to figure out how soon to come back.

I grew up right near Melbourne Beach, in Indialantic, the town directly north. My family still lives in the area and we try to visit as much as possible — and fell in love with our vacation home here as soon as we saw it.

Why they chose this property

I always loved this part of Melbourne Beach, because of its natural beauty, white sand, and clear blue water. I knew immediately that this was the place I wanted to bring my family to on vacations now, and they have fallen in love with it too. This condominium spoke to us immediately, because we had never seen anything like it since it is a penthouse corner unit with views of water from every window. The ocean to river views are magical, and I wish I could hear the sound of the ocean every night of my life. There is nothing quite like it and we enjoy our time there so much! The condominium building cannot be beat as well, with a wonderful large lot, excellent pool, tennis courts, and secluded private beach just for you.

What makes this property unique

Of course everyone loves coming to Florida from December to March when it is cold everywhere else — and it is absolutely amazing! That said, from May to October this area is the largest sea turtle nesting site in North America. It is such an amazing site to see, and like nothing else witnessed to see giant sea turtles coming ashore, laying there eggs, and then little sea turtle babies making their way back out to sea. Also, we are right near the Archie Carr Nature Preserve so enjoy a hike across the street down to the river and all through the woods. Wildlife abounds and it’s so much fun. Sebastian Inlet is nearby as well and is a highly recommended national park.
