The Centrale of Ile de RĂ© offers this newly renovated villa with 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people.
In the immediate vicinity of the Sainte-Marie-de-RĂ© market and cycle paths, the house is 600 metres from the beach.
The villa is comfortable and has a bright living room/lounge open to the garden and swimming pool.
Possibility of unloading your car at the entrance of the cul-de-sac.
Municipal car park near the house.
The house does not have private parking.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
Bright living space with living area and fully equipped open kitchen.
Bedroom 1 with a double bed 160200.
1 shower room.
Separate toilet.
ON THE FIRST FLOOR:
Room 2 consisting of a 160x200 double bed.
Room 3 consisting of a 160x200 double bed.
A bathroom including a shower, washbasin and WC.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
The swimming pool is heated from 1st April to 15th October and has an automatic sliding wooden terrace for safety or to extend the terrace.
The heat pumps of our swimming pools are programmed to heat to 28°. The effective water temperature of our swimming pools is also impacted by the climate: a hot climate increases the water temperature of the swimming pools and a cold climate decreases the water temperature of the swimming pools.
SERVICES INCLUDED:
The end-of-stay interview is included.
The rental and delivery of household linen for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
The key handover and house presentation directly on site are included.
The accommodation tax is included
The security deposit of an amount of ÂŁ1,000 is mandatory before entering the premises (by pre-authorisation of bank card or bank transfer).
