Wailea Ekahi Unit 39C is a beautiful vacation condominium in the prestigious Wailea resort area regarded as the 'sunny side' of Maui.

We have just finished a complete remodel for this unit. Everything is new and updated.

The Ekahi complex has just completed the construction of our brand new Pavilion at the beach and it is fabulous!!

Our condo is set up with two master suites and is ideally suited for families or two couples. Enjoy Maui's famed sunsets from two of the spacious private lanais surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

It is a ground floor unit located on the picturesque greenbelt featuring fabulous views of the pacific ocean and the island of Molokini.

The condo is bright, airy and well appointed. The kitchen features all the amenities of home and the beds are extremely comfortable with duvets, high thread count sheets and soft pillows. This unit has been completely updated by a professional designer with new cabinetry, new high end appliances, all new furniture, new bathrooms, new flooring, new lighting and upscale lanai furniture.

We are perfectly set up for kids with beach toys, beach chairs, a crib, a highchair and games so you can leave all that at home!

We have an excellent entertainment system for your beach 'downtime' including three flat screen TVs, a SONOS system, wireless internet and a telephone with free local and long distance calling to the USA and Canada (you can leave your cell phones along with the outrageous roaming charges at home!).

We know that cleanliness is of upmost concern to you and as such we engage a professional cleaning company on Maui to ensure that the condo is clean and ready for your stay! All of their employees have been trained in how to properly follow all guidelines as provided by the CDC and VRHP (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals). Your booking agreement will detail their specific protocols to give you peace of mind that you are being taken care of.

Ekahi Village is located on 38 acres of lush surroundings and includes four swimming pools, a beachfront pavilion, paddle courts, shuffleboard and direct access to Keawakapu beach where people of all ages swim, boogie board, snorkel or simply enjoy the magnificent views.

Ekahi Village is a short walk from the 'Shops of Wailea', an upscale shopping and dining area and minutes from championship golf, tennis and world famous beaches.

NOTE THAT AS OF SEPTEMBER 24, 2021 THE EKAHI COMPLEX NO LONGER PERMITS THE USE OF BBQS AT THE EKAHI CONDOS.

Amazing oasis

This property was fantastic-the unit was so well maintained and had all thoughtful amenities. The walk down to the pool and beach made it so easy and the views were spectacular from the back patio. Would highly recommend-hope to go back soon!

This is a beautiful unit with an outstanding view and wonderful access to the large green belt that guides you walk down to the beach and give children great place to run and play while their parents enjoy the view and the quiet of the Ekahi development.

Amazing location!

We came in April as a family and this was one of the best family vacations we’ve had. This unit was very clean and well stocked. It has all the beach toys and furniture, plus a nice wagon to haul everything down the short walk to the beach. We snorkeled near the rocks just outside the property and it was amazing - turtles everywhere, octopus, eels, and tons of fish! It’s also close to the restaurants and shops in town (5 min drive). All around a great place for a family vacation.

We have stayed at a lot of units in this area of Maui and this is definitely one of the top. This unit is very well appointed with beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkelling gear and the kitchen is very well stocked! The unit is absolutely immaculate with wonderful views! Amazing trip back to maui

We absolutely loved this place and highly recommend! The location and beach are epic as are all the amenities. We had difficulty with the tv and the property manager wasn’t the most helpful, but that was the only snag. And, honestly, when you’re in such a beautiful place, who needs tv? Beautiful unit, amazing views!

My family (4 adults and 2 children) stayed in this unit for 2 weeks and loved it so much we have already booked it again for next year. The unit is nicely updated and very well equipped, including a good selection of outdoor equipment - beach chairs, boogy boards, snorkelling gear. We have stayed in several units in Ekahi Village over the years and this was our favorite by far. Having a ground floor unit was perfect for the kids and the view from our location was stunning. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and the property manager responded immediately. I would highly recommend this unit - it was perfect for our family.

Great Condo

Pretty straight forward property to review. The owner has clearly been doing this for a while, communication throughout the process was great, she was proactive and responded quickly to any questions we had. The unit is as described, and everything we could think of we may need to enjoy our stay was already there. The walk to the beach is manageable. We spent a lot of time at the pool area, we often brought down food and drinks down and used the fridges to store them in and utilized the bbq, microwave, stove top etc to cook dinner and lunch. The view from the pool area is fantastic and is better than most restaurants in the area. The pool area itself was nice, never had to fight for a place to sit like at a lot of hotels in the area. Beach access is super easy as well.

Beautiful unit at Ekahi. Two master suites, separated by the living space so great for families or two couples staying together. Ekahi is a beautiful property within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. This unit is located up the hill from the beach and the main pool so people with mobility issues may find that difficult. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Would definitely rent again.

Best condo on Maui

The condo is beautifully modern with everything you need for a comfortable vacation and was impeccably clean. The two outdoor seating areas were amazing and we used them often. They have everything you could need for the beach (towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and a wagon to carry it all). The location is central with easy access to everything in Wailea and Kehei and plenty of parking. We contacted Tracy with a couple questions and she responded nearly immediately and was incredibly helpful. This was the best rental experience we’ve had. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Ekahi 39C

My wife and I along with our daughter and son-in-law and our two young grandchildren stayed in this unit. The place was spotless. Modern recent upgrade. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. We found everything as advertised and then some. The Pac-n-play crib worked out great for our youngest grandson. Daily trips down to the beach and pool made easier with the wagon for the little ones. Plenty of room for the provided beach toys too. We look forward to coming back.

The overall place was very nice. The house is very well equipped with water toys/beach items, which really helped. The kitchen is very nice, with everything you could need, and the living room was cozy. We did have some issues with the A/C, which were pretty quickly resolved, but required a bit more prompting than should have been necessary, and with such a humid place is probably something that should be looked at more regularly instead of relying on the renters to point out. The location was very convenient, although up the hill, having the grass out front was great for kids. The ocean side pool and brand new pavilion was superb.

Nice condo

The condo was nicely appointed and clean. We had no problems checking in or getting the parking pass. It was about a 400 yd walk to the pool and ocean, the beach was fairly narrow but we didn’t plan on using it much and the pool was very nice with a well appointed shelter as well. We did have some ants in the kitchen which was an annoyance as all food including boxed cereal had to be kept in the fridge. Hopefully the owner can get this resolved through the property management company. Very nice stay and location overall.
