The property was beautiful & there was plenty of space for our group of 13. I did notice a couple of bikes need the chains repaired. Also, the 2 bedrooms on the back on the home share a balcony. I would consider curtains or tinting the windows for privacy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay & would stay again!

This property is really a wonderful place to stay. The property was clean and the best part is that every bedroom has it own bathroom. There were also bikes that were at the property that was really enjoyed. We were on those bikes everyday, two to three times a day. I also received a "check in" phone call from the host of the property to see how things were going. Never had that before. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and recommend this property.

It was a nice stay with multiple families and close enough to the beach. Having bathrooms in each bedroom was great and it was nice having beach chairs to borrow for the beach.

The VRBO was clean, a great proximity to the beach, and in a great neighborhood. Check-in was easy and we even received a call the next day to make sure we had everything we needed.

The house is amazing. Lots of room to give everyone enough space. Great little neighborhood. The house was very clean and offered great kitchen items. Best thinh was the second refrigerator in the garage! (This is worth 10 stars alone). Great communication with Realjoy before, during and after. Will definitely be using RealJoy Vacation Rental again. The bikes were a nice added bonus. The extra driveway is nice. It accommodatesc20 people do having enough room to park cars and golf carts is nice. Only negative is the HOA guidelines with no parking in street so can be difficult of you have visitors. (This wasn't an issue just wanted to let others know)

Really enjoyed cozy shore for our relaxing getaway. 3 families with a 6 month old under one roof and we really enjoyed our stay. Property had everything you’d need plus some. Would definitely book again!

Plenty of space for our annual trip

This house offered plenty of space for our family. The full kitchen allowed us to cook meals together, nice rooms with comfortable beds, space for the kids to run out back safely. The cleanliness was A+ and there were bikes available to ride a short distance to the beach.

Great House for a Family Beach Vacation

We rented the house for an extended family vacation, it was great, large enough for everyone to be together, and also ample room if you needed quiet time alone. Loved the neighborhood, nice and quiet off the main strip. Loved using the bikes to cruise around in and avoid the traffic. The house was great, only negative commit is regarding the beach…it was SUPER congested but still beautiful. I forgot how nice the gulf side is, will for sure be back!

Large Outdoor Space

The backyard was amazing and big. The outdoor table needs chairs. The den area is small for a house that sleeps so many folks but we didn't mind because we could open the sliding doors to the backyard and spill out to the patio. Plenty of parking and the beach chairs were a nice surprise.

Miramar Beach vacation

I can’t say a bad thing about this VRBO! It was lovely… a little too far away from the beach access area for me but no one else seemed to care. I would say that we need more kitchen linen! We needed more than one kitchen towel. Other than those simple oversights it was a great place!

Perfect size for a big family

We enjoyed our time at this property. It was very spacious and the property manager was very responsive to our questions/needs. Unfortunately the outdoor shower didn’t work so it was hard to keep floors clear of sand. We enjoyed taking the bikes for rides. The landscaping needs some TLC.

beautiful family vacation

We truly enjoyed our stay at cozy shore! The house is very new and beautiful and has all the accommodations! 10 minute walk to the beach or a short bike ride. The property management was very accommodating as well. If we needed. anything all we had to do was call and they sent someone out immediately.The only negative thing i have to say is the house could use a deep cleaning. especially the floors. but overall I would definitely stay here again!

Needs upkeep

The house was located in a good location and had plenty of space. The living room furniture is dirty and wore out. The rug is needs replacing it has big crease that causes you to trip over it. The lawn had tall weeds growing and it needed cutting. There were some other cleaning issues but they came back and took care of them. Nice property just needs some TLC
