The space
Enjoy a relaxing getaway just minutes away from downtown Palm Springs. The backyard has a private pool, hot tub, private outdoor shower, covered patio dining area, gas grill, and amazing mountain views!

Indoor, you’ll find a great open-concept design, each bedroom offers a unique wall-art themed style to set the mood. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and a large walk-in closet with a new washer and dryer set. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a new dishwasher, Keurig machine, and a blender. A glass-top breakfast nook seating for up to 6.

The large open floor living room has an elegant dining table for up to 10. The mural beside the fireplace creates a great area for a quiet nightcap. There’s more room to relax in a second living area for entertainment and game night with the family.

Pool heating is available for $85/day (please request at least 1 day in advance. Heating takes about 1 hour per degree increase. Minimum of 2 days of heating.

Guest access
Upon arrival, you'll receive a personal code for the front door entrance. Plenty of parking on the property.

The property is equipped with an exterior security camera. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property. Security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies.

ONLY 3 cars may be parked on the premises, per Palm Springs city regulations limiting parking to 1 car per bedroom. Additional parking is available on the side streets.

Other things to note
VERY IMPORTANT — NOISE ORDINANCE NOTICE: The City of Palm Springs enforces a strict noise ordinance for all vacation rentals, with a zero-tolerance policy. Guests must comply with the following at all times:
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- No outdoor music is permitted at any time, day or night
- No amplified sound of any kind that can be heard from outside the property
- No pool use after 10:00 PM
- No loud talking or noise that may disturb neighboring properties
PLEASE NOTE: If a neighbor files a complaint and a compliance officer is dispatched to the property, the contracted renter will be issued a $500 citation directly from the City of Palm Springs. This violation will also result in immediate eviction from the property with NO REFUND.
