Welcome To Pleasant Paradise

Welcome to Pleasant Paradise where you will take in the beautiful views of the Gulf from your private balcony. This 1-bedroom condo is the perfect vacation getaway. It is located in the Estero Beach and Tennis Club at the south end of the island. This is a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM rental property.

This is a 1 small dog friendly condo, the dog must be under 30 pounds. And you will need to fill out a pet verification form for the Association.. Dogs must be on a regulated Estero Beach & Tennis Club red leash while staying at the property at all times. From April 1 - August 31 it is bird nesting time, please keep the pet away those areas on the beach.

The living area has a new 40-inch smart tv, you can watch many different channels or connect to your Amazon Prime Video account, Netflix, or Hulu. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living area so you can have a guest spend the night. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to show off the chef in you, then you can choose to have your meal at the dining room table that seats 4 or you may want to enjoy your meals out on the lanai overlooking the gorgeous beach.
Right off the living area is the bedroom/bathroom. You will not doubt love to unwind and watch some tv on the 32-inch wall mounted tv, in the plush king size bed after a long day at the beach or pool. The full bath includes a walk-in shower and stocked with a limited supply of amenities.

The condo is equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels for your convenience. Estero Beach and Tennis Club has a spectacular heated pool with plenty of loungers to relax on and enjoy the sunshine, or you can take a short walk down to the pristine beach where you can sunbathe, go shelling, catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing in the water or take a nice stroll along the water's edge.

Estero Beach and Tennis Club also includes tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, BBQ areas, and direct beach access, with a trolley stop for island wide transportation.

There is a shared coin operated laundry room just outside the lobby. Complimentary WIFI is in the unit.

You must be 25 years old to rent this condo. If you are traveling with friends that need a place also, please contact me so I can check availability either in the same building or one of the other buildings associated with Estero Beach and Tennis Club.

This property is a 7-night minimum only.

Lovely condo, clean and attractive. The fresh flowers—a nice touch. Lisa was easy to reach and communicated well. Of course we love the a beautiful Gulf, the beach for walks and beautiful sunsets. So very nice. Enjoyed our time much.

Great view!

We enjoyed it so much this is our second time here. Enjoyed the view the pool and the town. Still under some construction since hurricane Ian but it's getting better! Can't wait to see it next time!

Wonderful Stay

We loved this condo! Location was great, view and sunsets were simply amazing and the condo had everything we needed. Management by Lisa was superb with great communication from booking through to arrival. There is still a lot of work going on around and the area will be even better once the nearby restaurants and shops are reopened. Whilst we had to venture a little further whilst staying we found some great local places to eat and nothing was too far away. We will definitely return when we are able to get to the Gulf Coast again!

Great beach condo

Despite the work still going on to bring Ft Myers back after Ian, we had a lovely stay. The condo's proximity and view of the beach were awesome. We walked on the beach every day and loved the fact that it wasn't overcrowded! Dolphins were spotted frequently. The pool was nice and relaxing and the water temperature was perfect. Weather was perfect! Fort Myers has a ways to go to get back to pre hurricane condition, but we were happy to be able to help the local economy after all they went through.

Heaven on earth

Beachfront Hideaway

We cannot say enough nice things about this condo! The kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity were new and beautiful. The place was clean and neatly organized, dishwashing soap and paper towels were provided. The bathroom had plenty of towels including beach towels and chairs. We found the touches so thoughtful and useful to make our vacation just perfect. We also loved working with Lisa from Shore to Please! She was a wealth of knowledge and super responsive to any of our questions. The whole area is obviously going to be under construction for many years so visitors should always exercise patience and compassion when dealing with the traffic on the island.

Great Experience

We recently stayed at this lovely vacation rental, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Let me break it down: Immaculate Room: The room was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Cleanliness matters to us, and this place nailed it. Breathtaking Views: The balcony overlooking the beach and pool was our favorite spot. Winding down the day while watching the waves and sunset. Comfy Sofa Bed: Our son raved about the sofa bed. Kudos to the owner for providing such comfort. Smooth Process: Dealing with the owner was a breeze. We received all necessary information well in advance, including the door code. No stress upon arrival! Pet-Friendly: Our dog was welcome, and the owner even helped us with the leash deposit when the office was closed. A big thumbs up for pet-friendly policies! We were in a protected area so we had to walk a bit to get to a dog friendly area of the beach, but that was no issue at all. Shell Paradise: We discovered some of the most beautiful shells during low tide. Finally found that elusive intact sand dollar—what a thrill! Hurricane Recovery: Despite the area still recovering from a hurricane, it didn’t impact our stay. We felt safe and enjoyed every moment. Hopes for the Plaza: The shopping plaza across the street, once reopened, would be a fantastic addition. Fingers crossed! In summary, we’re already planning to return sometime in the coming years. Highly recommended! 🏖️

Worst vacation Ever

Property manager notifies us the day before our trip that there will be construction on the building and unit. Poor to little communication after unless prompted . Treat every day of not having a place to stay. Noise daily and finally took over the unit on Wednesday with loud noise and having 15 poles put in the unit. Told we were getting a 30% refund and actually only received 30% on 1 day. Nightmare at best!!!!

Hi Diana, First of all, I notified you on the morning of April 13th at 9:52 AM (you were coming in on the 15th)that there was going to be construction being done on the outside of the building, I only was notified a few days before, as I told you. This was an emergency situation with the building as I also discussed with you, and the only impact it would have on you was having 15 shoring posts put in the condo in different areas. I told you that I would give you a discount on the stay as long as you were impacted, or I offered to find you another place, I texted you on the 14th that I had found another unit for you in the same complex but a different building that was not being worked on, you said great, send the pics. I did, and your response to me was , I hate the color blue, and I would never rent that condo, and that you saw it on VRBO, and you stated after looking at the pics that it was not on the beach, and I told you it was on the beach, same condo as your were renting just decorated differently. you then told me on April 15th, thanks for helping. but your gut is telling you to take the first place. I was told by the association that the post would be putting in on Monday the 18th, well the posts for the condo you were staying in were put in on Thursday 21st, and you were leaving on Friday the 22nd. So you only had 1 night of inconvenience and I did give you a refund for the 30% of one nights rental. You were not inconvenienced up until the 21st. I have no control over the noise or construction that goes on. I'm sorry you feel the way you do, but I did everything I could to make you happy..

PERFECT winter get-away!

It doesn’t get any better than this cozy condo! My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks Feb into March. Check in was a breeze, instructions were crystal clear and all codes worked easily. Condo is well stocked, we love to cook and had all we needed. Lots of storage containers for leftovers. Great selections of pots and pans and cooking sheets-utensils too! Walk into the condo and you’re drawn to the lanai, it’s breezy and has a killer view of the property and the beach/water. We saw dolphins almost everyday! Great for a before dinner cocktail and a quiet start to the morning with coffee. Beautiful spot to watch the sunset. Fresh flowers welcomed us into the property. Closet in the bathroom has all you need for a fun day at the beach or pool-umbrellas and chairs and even a cooler! Don’t forget the sand anchor for your umbrella, we learned the hard way. Lots of towels and easy access to coin laundry were so helpful! The bathroom was stocked with toiletries and even after sun lotions and cooling aloe vera gel! So nice! Owner was very responsive; just wonderful. We had zero problems and would book this property again in a heartbeat. Desirable location, not too close to town center but the grocery store is a few blocks away. Quiet at night, fun during the day. Lots of seashells and beautiful beaches to walk or lounge on. Great plaza across the street to pick up necessities or have any meal. Ice cream shop too! We went fishing out of the marina across the street with a charter. Great experience. We’ll be back. Beautiful location and view of the Gulf.

Love the pocket doors, and layout of the unit. Entry door was squeaky (easy fix) and only recommendation is to switch the refrigerator door to open from left to right (also easy fix) Artwork over the sofa is super cool

Truly Paradise!

We were extremely happy with our stay! Pictures were true to the room we stayed in. The amenities were on point. Communication with the property manager was great, she was quick to respond. The island was stunning! The beach was pretty quiet the first few days. It did get a little busier, but still able to maintain space from other visitors. We also saw dolphins from the balcony a couple of times! They come really close to the beach early in the morning. This was also a great spot for beach combing! (Definitely bring your water shoes.) Traffic was the only downside to the trip. Depending on the time of day, it was difficult to get to the north side of the island, or off island. Going south had less traffic, but not as much shopping or restaurants unless you’re going inland toward Bonita Springs. There is definitely plenty to do and see on Estero though! Lots of great food options & shopping. If you plan to do either, leave early as to avoid traffic and find a good parking space. Overall, such a wonderful experience!! Would absolutely come here again.

Relaxation at its finest!

Just as the listing showed. Right on the beach. The sunsets are amazing! It was more than perfect for my husband and I. The sound and views of the ocean were spectacular. I will definitely be going back and would recommend to everyone. Location was also great. Close to restaurants and shopping. Absolutely loved it!
