Large screened lanai. Weber gas grill for cook outs. Separate wine cooler to have your favorite wines chilled and ready. High speed internet for work or pleasure. Located near the Ritz Carlton, Mercato shops and dining. 0.4 mi walk or bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach. Equipped with 2 adult bikes, 4 children’s bikes and plenty of beach supplies (Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, etc.) Family friendly with games, books, toys, scooters, pack-n-play, and more. No pets.

Wonderfully equipped home. Location near Vanderbilt Beach can't be beat. Plenty of room for family and guests. Heated Pool and hot tub were welcomed retreats. Owners were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Location, location, location. We loved our stay.

Great house, Great location, 3 minute bike ride to the beach, this house had everything I mean everything. do not go shopping before you get here because its already there. we had zero problems and did not have to contact the owners at all. The house was very clean and the beds were so nice and comfortable

Such a fantastic place and we will use the home again if the family will have us.

We were thrilled with working with this family. Our family had a wonderful time- even with cold weather. We were there to be with family that lives there and the proximity was perfect. As long as they have the house available- we will be there again.

Everything is perfect: the location, the house, the distribution, the equipment for the house and beach, communication with the owner… probably the best place I’ve stayed in Naples (including 5* hotels) in the last 5 years. Totally worth the price.
