The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure that you return all resort bracelets to the Kitchen island. There is a $35 charge for any bracelet, not returned at the end of the stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please know this is on the 10th floor which will require an elevator. The resort is large and can be up to an 10 min stroll to amenities and beach.
Do not run air while sliders are open, or it may not work properly. You may have to reset the breaker and/or open sliders all the way and shut them.
Please do NOT bring luggage carts inside the condo or you could incur a touch up paint fee of $350 for the hallway.

Summer vacation trip july 2025.

Loved the stay here at PCB, the place was perfect, it had a nice beachy homey feel, it was very clean. The host was wonderful. If you had any questions for the host, they are quick to respond. We found the Bed to very comfortable, and our kids loved the bunk beds with a T.v in each bunk. And the kitchen had just about everything for cooking a great meal for the family. Here at Lake town Warf it has great amenities, they have a total of 5 pools and plenty of choices of food . The walking distance to other places isnt far either. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

We just recently purchased this condo with you in mind! We have been Super Hosting since 2007 and promise to provide our Guests with the best possible stay ever!

Why they chose this property

We chose 1017 because of the amazing views of the Gulf and the Private Lake with boardwalk. This condo also has easy access to the 10th floor pool without needing the elevator. You can also get to the parking garage by using the elevator at the pool as well so gives you another access option in case it is the busy season.
