Peregrine Point Condo Steps to Lifts - Amazing Views

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath single level condo (Unit 204) is located at Peregrine Point which is the newest building at Purgatory Resort. The condo is located on the north side of the building offering amazing mountain views.

Walk across to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.

The condo is decorated with high-end furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and complete cooking utensils for making great meals. The main living space features a gas fireplace, TV and a deck enjoy the amazing views.

The condo also features a washer and dryer. Parking is unassigned outside in front of the building.

As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets are not allowed.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Great location & views

Very comfortable, convenient with good views. Kitchen could be better outfitted it you intend to cook, e.g. no mixing bowls or salad bowl and need several bigger pans.

Convenient to slopes and comfortable

We would definitely rent this property again. It was clean and a short walk to the ski lifts. I stayed with my family of 6. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was stocked well. The view was beautiful. Easy check in and check out.

Very clean well maintained condo. Beautiful area. Owner left little goodies like chapstick, hand sanitizer and honey butter. One downside is no air conditioning.

Gorgeous views and great condo

I stayed here with my husband and son and really enjoyed it. It snowed all weekend and the condo has fantastic views of the mountains from every room, while still convenient to the lifts. The gas fireplace in the living room and master bedroom added the perfect ambiance. The condo is comfortable and well furnished, and the kitchen is reasonably equipped. The covered parking is large enough to fit even our large truck. I would happily stay here again.

It was in walking distance of Twila lake, and we enjoyed the paddle boarding there. The furniture was comfortable as were the beds. The condo had everything we needed, except for it was a little warm in the month of August. But the management company was super helpful, very responsive and even dropped off two extra fans to help keep us comfortable. overall, I was pleased with the condo and its location and we had a great trip.

The unit has plenty of room and the view from the balcony of the mountains is pretty spectacular! The master bath has 2 sinks which is always great for couples. The unit was clean and very well stocked. 30 minutes from Durango and about 25 minute awesome drive to Silverton. Overall a great stay and no complaints. Communication with VRC was the best we have ever experienced in a rental company!

Best trip to the mountains

We loved the condo so much. The location was great and the views were spectacular. It was exactly as advertised in the pictures and was exactly what our family needed for the best week in the mountains. We plan to come back in the future!!

Great location and amazing views

We decided to take a last minute ski trip and picked this condo for its location. I’m so glad that we did! Steps away from the lifts made it easy and convenient! The views out the balcony were beautiful, especially at sunset. The condo could use some minimal updates in regards to bed and bath linens, kitchen items (we cooked in every meal, a mixing bowl and coffee mugs with unbroken handles would be great!), and a working tv remote/ability to access Hulu, YouTube TV, etc. We will definitely be back and appreciated our time here.

Beautiful Condo in the mountains

Luxury condo in a great location to ski or mountain bike in Purgatory. Condo is very comfortable but doesn’t have A/C. They do have many fans to cool the place down in the summer. Great view of the lake but bedrooms face the highway and there’s construction across the highway which makes it a bit noisy. We’re beginner mountain bikers and couldn’t find suitable trails for us. They told us even the greens are too challenging and are not for everyone so we ended up not really biking. We visited Durango, Ouray, and Mesa Verde National Park. The place was central for all these destinations.

Awesome View

We could reach out and almost touch the mountains!!! Property is comfortable and relaxing. Enjoyed a pizza from the Old School House!!! Wonderful rest that was much needed. Would stay here again.

Perfect get away!

The property directions were excellent as was the responsiveness of the host. We stayed with our two children and it was very comfortable. The electric fireplaces were such a nice place to warm up after a long day of skiing. Distance to the lifts was great - walkable even in ski boots! We would definitely stay again if we go back or recommend to a friend. The one thing I would do differently was bring more food, especially breakfast, since dining options close-by were limited.

My Favorite VRBO!!

This condo had the best views ever! We had such a relaxing, great time. We did not want to leave! We are from Texas, and we used this as a place to work/live for a couple of weeks, to be where we had gorgeous views and cooler weather! It did not disappoint! The condo had everything that we needed and was very clean and decorated nicely. We will definitely be back!
