The place was amazing, great view, smooth check in and good parking. I will definitely be staying here in the future. The only small problems were that the TVs are super old and the remote controls all had dead batteries. Also, with such a large space and beds enough to sleep 9 people, you should really supply a few extra towels, would it really break the budget?

Views, views, views!

We have stayed at a number of condos in Mammoth but this has by far been our favorite! There is plenty of space to spread out, the unit is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the views are amazing! Will definitely be back!

Beautiful home away from home

This is our third visit to this beautiful home! It’s comfortable, spacious, and perfect for multiple people. We go with our grown children and their children, and it lends itself perfectly for our needs. It’s located close to the village, the lakes, and tons of awesome hikes. The view is absolutely spectacular! We will be definitely be back!

Epic Views

Had a blast and loved the huge views of Mammoth rock and mountains. Non-skiers enjoyed playing behind the cabin with tons of snow this year and skiers enjoyed the short trip up the hill to Eagle Lodge. Stairs to the loft are steep but manageable and the garbage disposal button below the sink was difficult to find at first. Overall a great place and would stay again!

Spacious home with impressive views!

We loved our stay! Just a short 2 minute drive up the road to Eagle lodge and 5 minutes to the town center. The view of the mountains from the porch is absolutely exquisite!! The home was spacious with enough seating area around the living room and dining room to where all 10 of us could hang out together in the same area. The mud room made it super convenient to store all of our ski gear and not tracking a bunch of snow and wetness. The hot tub was super hot and all the time we were there we never saw anyone else in it so we had it all to ourselves. We would absolutely book this home again in the future!

Nicely updated and plenty of room. Great Views!

The whole condo was nicely updated. It was clean and and had plenty of beds for a big group. Most beds had a foam mattress which was nice. The only ones that didn't was the bunk in the upstairs loft. If I could change anything it would be to have the TV located in either the kitchen eating area or the adjoining living room. The TV is located around the corner on the other end of the condo which took people away from the main action. Having a few extra blankets available would have come in handy as well. Overall a very nice place.

BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!

This was our best stay in Mammoth EVER!!!! My wife and I try to stay in Mammoth 2 to 3 times a year and have tried different VRBO’s just for a change. We would be fortunate to be able to stay here again. Although it was only the two of us who stayed here, the unit was large enough to accommodate 8 to 10 people very comfortably. We could list all the amenities this place has to offer (as there were many to talk about), but the biggest one was the view. The view from the living room, dining room and deck was hypnotizing. We could not take our eyes off the mountains. The managing agency, Vacasa, was the best we ever worked with on all the VRBO’s we have had. We had one small issue when we first arrived, we called Vacasa, and they were on it and the issue was resolved instantly. They were quite easy to work with and understanding. This home is truly the best place we have stayed at in Mammoth and it was very reasonably priced. As we stated, we would be so fortunate to stay here in the future.

NICE PLACE TO STAY

Very nice condo with beautiful views. Able to accommodate 8 adults and 2 kids comfortably with room to spare. Keyless entry was quick and easy. The mudroom is perfect for leaving shoes so we didn't track dirt thru condo. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths provided. Easy to use washer and dryer, they even included detergent. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook with. The pool and spa were close by. The condo and surrounding area is quiet. From the balcony we saw deer in the morning. The bathroom sink did get clogged but turnkey was able to fix the problem quickly. Wish there were chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view more. Wish there was a BBQ on property but the community ones are a close by. There was no stair rail going from the entry way to the bottom floor, it was a little hard for my elderly father to go up and down. Overall we would love to stay there again!!!

Beautiful view

Clean properly with a beautiful view. Cons; We arrived on a Wednesday at 2 pm but early check in was not allowed. We were looking forward to going to the pool but it was locked. After several phone calls we found out the pool was unavailable for use till Friday which was never noted in the description of the property. Also we had planned on having bbq but there was none as stated in the description and pictures of the property. The bathroom sink was clogged and the electricity outlets in the master bathroom were not working but they were fixed the next day. Two sets of stairs so really hard if anyone who has physical. issues. Pros: location is great and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. Close to the pool. The house is clean with all the amenities as listed.

Proceed with caution: Bed Bugs!!

We went for a small snow and ski weekend to this property. Everything seemed to be in order and it was a nice property, however a day in, some of us started itching and scratching with a couple of "rashes" showing up.While checking out and stripping bedding, we discovered bed bugs!!Please, for the safety of yourselves and loved ones, please avoid this property and Vacasa property management!! For us, they have not provided adequate or timely support. They're not willing to resolve any part of this situation and have not responded to our complaint.This is also a caution for using VRBO. They did not support or get involved with the situation, saying that it's not their problem and that it's something the host directly would need to deal with...so real lack of accountability.So now, we're left, following what should have been a nice, quaint weekend...with a lot of bed bug bites, possible infestation in our home, and quite a bit of deep cleaning and self remediation...costing hundreds of dollars.

We loved the home, great space and location. There were a few things that weren’t stocked (garbage bags, paper towels, etc.) but other than that the home was everything we wanted and needed. The neighbors were also great too. We got snowed in and the neighbors helped us out.

Excellent stay!

Great place with amazing views, but the refrigerator needs help!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo, and we absolutely love it. The views are breathtaking, and the condo is spacious and comfortable. The reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because of the refrigerator. The last time we stayed there, two years ago, the refrigerator did not work well and we had to call the rental agency (it was not Vacasa at that time), and this time the refrigerator was barely cold. The manual for the condo has a section about the refrigerator including instructions about not changing the temperature dial, not opening the door, and not putting things that are warm into the refrigerator. We tried to follow these directions, but we ended up losing most of our food due to spoilage. We called Vacasa, and though they sent a representative who verified the refrigerator was warm, they didn’t fix it. Instead, he brought us a few bags of ice. So, if you stay in this condo and they have the same refrigerator, make sure you bring a large enough ice chest to keep your food and drinks cold.

Beautiful house with stunning view and ideal for family vacation

Beautiful house with almost all amenities that one can expect. View of Mountains from patio is just amazing. We enjoyed it. Definitely recommend it.
