Enjoy our 1350-square-foot, 2 bedroom + loft condo in the heart of Mammoth. Updated granite counters in fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathrooms (one up, one downstairs), both with tub/showers and separate sink areas, and upstairs laundry room. New sliding windows to let in the fresh mountain air, SmartTV with cable in living room, ceiling fan, free Wifi and a cozy wood-burning fireplace - everything you need for a fabulous Mammoth experience!

Upstairs bedroom has Queen bed with TempurPedic mattress and flatscreen tv. Loft has twin bunk bed and 2 twin beds with flatscreen tv. Downstairs bedroom has King bed wth pillowtop mattress and flatscreen tv. Pullout queen sleeper sofa in living room. Original Xbox with fun family games, a library of movies, board games, and kids' toybox, you will love spending time in our fully stocked Mammoth retreat!

Close to everything, Mammoth Creek is a beautifully maintained complex in a wooded, peaceful setting. **Tennis court and heated pool/jacuzzis/sauna centrally located, with changing/shower rooms and public grill (available summer only). View the surrounding aspen and pines from the balcony while listening to the creek flow by. Our building backs to the creek and is also adjacent to the town's main paved bike trail, great for cross country skiing and snowshoeing in winter, and a 2-minute walk to the playground and brand new ice rink/community center (just opened in 2024). Easy access to downhill skiing, a 5-minute drive to Canyon or Eagle Lodges. The red line shuttle route stops at the end of Meadow Lane (a 3-minute walk) for a short trip to the Village, where you can hop on the gondola to Canyon lodge, or walk around and enjoy the shopping and dining. Walk to Von's, movie theater, library, skate rink, and restaurants on Old Mammoth Road.

Very kid-friendly, we have tons of games, family movies, and a pack & play and booster seat for your use. Outdoor ski closet has sleds and sand toys. Firewood is provided in winter. Light a fire, and enjoy a peaceful evening in the mountains in this wooded retreat. TOML-CPAN-10364

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn ALL heaters to LOW. Please DO NOT turn off the thermostats. Make sure windows are closed.
Leave used beds unmade. No need to strip beds. Leave used towels on bathroom floor.
Make sure key from lockbox is back in the lockbox. Put all other keys and parking passes on kitchen counter in basket/bowl.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
One parking spot in front of condo. Up to 2 additional spots available on either end of the parking lot; please do not park in front of other units.
Please remove shoes & ski boots at the door and be considerate of our downstairs neighbor.
No smoking, no pets, and 8 person maximum occupancy are strictly enforced.

Perfect condo for family

This condo had plenty of room for our whole family. It's in a great location close to the town trails, restaurants, shopping, meadows, and hiking. The complex is beautiful and has a nicely sized pool and two jacuzzis.

Home away from home!

This is the third time we've chosen Mammoth Creek as our summer get away. We love being able to walk to the store, or along the creek, or hop on the Jolly Trolly to go to the Village or the lakes. The unit was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, too. We'll be back!

Great Community and Location

Location of the property was awesome. Close to town but not crowded. Easy walk to bike paths, hiking paths, pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts. Kitchen stocked well with everything you need for cooking. Family of five had plenty of room. Will stay again when visiting the area.

Mammoth Creek Condos are my favorite

I have stayed at many mammoth condos over the last 40 years. This property is in good shape and the owner was lovely to us. The place is clean and on the Mammoth creek so you can hear the sound of the creek running by all day. You can also walk down to the old mammoth town area. I would stay here again.

Cozy Cabin at A Convenient Location

We had a great stay at the cabin. It is a short walk to the bus stop, the bus stops at 00,20,40 of the hour for your reference. After a day of fun at the mountain, we enjoyed family evening inside, our adult kids had fun learning how to play the VCR :) The kitchen is very well stocked.

Property is not up to date. Carpet and rugs are terribly dirty, calking in baths is dirty, light bulbs were out, dishwasher falls out of place if you pull the top or bottom rack out farther than half way, kitchen supplies are a hodge podge, and kitchen cabinets are old and not clean inside nor out. Limited access to supplies or use as in given three dishwashing tablets and told only to run dishwasher once a day, limit bath towel use, do not use up paper towels, etc. Have always rented directly through the property management and loved our stay. Changed to renting through Vrbo this time and maybe that was our mistake. Condo was not as listed.

Dear Glenn, I am sorry to hear that you had a less than satisfactory stay. While our unit is cleaned thoroughly after each guest, it is usually given a deep clean on a semi annual basis, so I apologize that you arrived at the end of that cycle. While we try to ask out guests to remove shoes inside the condo, it is difficult to keep the carpets looking spotless. We will be sure to have our cleaning company address all of your concerns. As for the kitchen items, we have received nothing but positive reviews on how well-stocked our kitchen is. And many rental condos only provide limited supplies for their guests. We are able to keep our rental prices low by managing our own rental via VRBO, but you are certainly welcome to rent another unit via the Mammoth Creek managers if you feel that they offer a better value. Again, thank you for your feedback and I hope you had en enjoyable trip overall.

Location is great!

The layout of this condo is perfect for two families. Lots of space for the teens, and the walking path is right outside the door. Close to the bus stop. The bathroom layout is perfect for sharing - locked doors for toilets, so sink could still be used by another. Beds are very firm - so be prepared.

We have honestly rarely received complaints on our cleaning company's performance. While this renter certainly had cause to complain after finding hairs on a few towels and sheets and stained bedding, they did not let us know of the issue until their stay was over, so that we could not address their concerns by providing clean sheets and bedding. However, once aware of the situation the renter was offered compensation for the 'cleaning' that they felt obligated to do. While it was an unfortunate situation we felt that it was dealt with in a prompt and appropriate manner, and we have followed up with subsequent renters on their opinion of the cleanliness of our unit to ensure that our unit is cleaned in a professional manner.

Best Month Ever

This property has one of the best locations in Mammoth. Walking distance to shops and food as well as Mammoth Creek right next to it. Views from the unit were mountains and trees, no other condos, etc. You can hear the creek with the windows open. Very functional and comfortable place.

We LOVE Mammoth. Our kids LOVE Mammoth. It is the perfect summer vacation spot for hiking, biking, playing outdoors, fishing, swimming, and going on lots of adventures. And of course, in winter the skiing and snowboarding just can't be beat!

What makes this property unique

The property is impeccably managed and well maintained. The onsite amenities are fabulous, including a private tennis court, swimming pool, 2 jacuzzis, sauna, men's and women's changing rooms. The location is perfect, you can walk to the driving range, to the playground/park, take a stroll along the creek and fish, hop on your bike and ride down the bike trail, all right behind our complex. In the winter it's away from the hustle of the Village, but only a short drive to Canyon Lodge or a quick hop on the red line and the village gondola. Really, it's the best of both worlds, winter and summer.
