A new structure nicely appointed and clean as a whistle. Only nit was really low water pressure in shower. Would definitly stay here again.

Live Like the Locals!

This property has 2 apts...1 one bedroom and 1 studio. We were in the studio. We did have a few problems but they were beyond anyone's control...acts of God. This studio is a cute small apt but please know it is in a typical CR neighbourhood. Locals...dirt road...dogs barking constantly...horses neighing...decent walk to downtown and the beach. You must buy everything you're going to need...food and supplies...as nothing is provided. The pool is a godsend especially when its 35o!! The beaches are gorgeous and clean but you need cover! Its too hot in Feb otherwise! If you want to live like the locals then this is the place for you! If you want the all- inclusive thing then this property is not for you!! For cooler temps...try Nov or Dec. The downtown is very small as far as shops and restaurants are concerned. And know that food is expensive!! Not cheap!!
