Custom Cape May Builder completed a complete renovation summer 2018 at this 3rd floor - 1 bedroom condo with ocean views from bedroom and dining area. Sleeping accommodations consist of two (2) Queen beds and one (1) sleeper sofa.
Walk to the beach. Park your car and bring your bike. Shops, dining, boardwalk are all a short walk or bike ride away.
Full kitchen, 2 TVs, 1/2 block from the beach Heated pool and BBQ grills on expansive patio with lounge chairs and outdoor dining tables Free off-street parking and bike rack. Check-In Time is 2pm and Check-Out Time is 10am. All leases are not final until owner approves and signs lease.
