Wonderful trip, wonderful location and amenities, and wonderful host. The condo had great furnishings: two thumbs up for the extra-comfy beds and sheets (critical for recovering after a long day of skiing). Gini was welcoming, helpful, and really proactive in going above and beyond what I've experienced with other VRBO owners. She went out of her way to make sure my family had the best possible time at Copper. Thank you!

It's as fantastic as it looks and sounds!The ski-in/ski-out location and view of the hill (with Copper's Super Bee Lift just a quick walk or ski away) can't be beat, but it was the comfort of Gini's home that made our stay truly extraordinary. it is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished (including uniformly high-quality mattresses), and the kitchen is amply equipped for "real" cooking. Gini was very responsive and more than generous with her time in helping us with a couple of minor hiccups. The heated garage is equipped with a bench, boot trays, hooks, and cubbies that made the transition to and from skiing and sledding simple and comfortable for our group of six adults and a toddler. It doesn't get better than this; we are now spoiled for life!

We had a great stay. This property was comfortable, easy access for skiing, great views of the slopes and very well maintained. Wonderful, hospitable, attentive host. I would highly recommend!

The condo was homey and comfortable. The host was friendly and readily available. The ski in /ski out location right on the mountain was wonderful. The views and sunny southern exposure were fantastic.

Beautiful, homey rental with stellar location

We felt very at home in this spacious, comfortable rental. The views are phenomenal and the property has obviously been lovingly maintained. It's perfect for two families and we would love to visit again. The East Village location steps from the Super Bee lift is ideal.

Family Christmas Ski Trip

Your home is FANTASTIC!! Everything about your home is perfect! The BEST ski in/ski out that you will find. The kitchen has anything and everything that you will want or need. Comfy beds for 8 people and room to not feel cramped together. Loved our week there and can’t wait to come back!! Thank you!!

New England charm

We had a wonderful stay during February school vacation week. Gini went out of her way to make this one of the best vacations. Immediately responds to messages. Very flexible. Lots of helpful tips. The condo is warm, comfortable, roomy and in an excellent location just steps from Super Bee lift and JJ’s Tavern. Would not hesitate to come back.

Awesome stay!!

We were a group of 7–my hubby & me; a couple that are friends; our daughter & her two daughters (15 & 9 yrs. Old). Our other 2 daughters, son-in-law & grandson stayed nearby. This home is great!! We could all (11 of us) gather for dinner & games in the evenings. I don’t ski anymore, and it was a lovely place to spend my days. Ski in/ski out was fantastic for all. The owner, Gini, couldn’t have been more attentive or easy to work with. She truly has everything you need in her lovely home!!

Great Condo and Great Location

We recently rented Gini’s condo for a five day ski weekend. The condo was clean, roomy, and Gini had everything we needed- including humidifiers for all three bedrooms. Gini is a fantastic host, and we loved our stay at her home. The location was utterly fabulous. Walk out the condo, hop on the skis, and glide 100 yards downhill to the SuperBee 6 main chairlift. Super easy to ski right back to the condo as this unit is literally on the ski hill. We loved watching all the ski action right out the big windows too. All in all- this is a perfect ski condo, with a kind and friendly host. Five stars from start to finish.

Skiing dream location

What a lovely and fun vacation we had at Gini’s place! The views of the mountain and chickadees perching in the pines against the snow were so soothing. ANd the luxury of skiing home for lunch and simply gliding out to the lift in the mornings made our vacation feel extra vacation-y. Thank you Gini for your thoughtful notes, the cocoa and sharing your space!!! ❄️⛷✨🙃

Excellent Property in A Great Location

My family had a fantastic week at this property skiing. Easy ski in / ski out made lunches a breeze. The property was very clean and just as it looked in the photos. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot chocolate was delicious after a hard day of skiing. Gini was very responsive and great to work with! Would return without hesitation (assuming we can still breathe at this elevation ;)

Excellent location & excellent customer service

Townhouse was perfect for our family/friends Springbreak ski trip 2014. It is very cozy and in the perfect location for what we wanted... ski in/out w/ a beautiful view of the mountains. There's even some food/condiments stocked for our convenience. The owner was very friendly and answered questions promptly. She even called the day before we checked in to make sure we got what we needed. We look forward to renting it again. I would highly recommend this property.

Holiday Ski Weekend

This home is one of the few VRBO listings where the descriptions and reviews are true - the house is lovely, it really does sleep comfortably 8, and it is right on the mountain. We felt like we were guests in the home, not renters. The owner graciously stocked the kitchen and bathrooms so we did not need to buy coffee, shampoo, etc., the garage is great - our boots were toasty warm in the morning, and Copper is a great mountain for everyone. You know the home is a great find if we are going to base our future ski decisions on our ability to rent this home.

I was an Over the Hill Gang ski guide for Copper for 14 years & founded the first women’s ski weekend program. I am a world traveler and able to rent my home short term in the winters.
