Charming little villa by the sea with garden, 250 m from the sandy beach / 5 minutes on foot

The charming little villa in a shady garden of Mediterranean green between palm trees and orange trees offers plenty of space for 4-6 people.

In 5 minutes walk on a small street to the sea. Well-kept sandy beach with showers and friendly little restaurants.

The house is bright and nicely decorated. It has three bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 are 160, one is 140 cm wide).

The dining area in the living room can accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is new, fully equipped with an induction cooker and oven, espresso / coffee machine and dishwasher.

The bathroom has a bathtub, the toilet is separate.

The terrace with an outdoor fireplace is large with a beautiful view of the countryside, the table can accommodate 8 people.

The shady garden is beautifully planted with Mediterranean plants and offers space to relax and play, loungers and garden furniture are available for a relaxing stay.

You have the possibility to park your car on the property. However, this only applies to normal cars, the width of the entrance is not sufficient for a VW bus or camper.

On request, we can provide you with a cot and high chair.

Bus stop and various shops in the immediate vicinity. Nice airport easily accessible by bus. Antibes and Cannes next door.

House and location are ideal for families with children, very comfortable for the elderly, spacious z. B. also for friends and couples. The property is located in a grown residential area, with lots of greenery, exactly between Golfe-Juan and Juan-les-Pins. A bakery, several grocery stores, an organic shop and a pharmacy are within walking distance.

The street in front of the house is single-lane, the way to the sea (250 m / approx. 5 minutes) is protected and leads without crossing a large street through an underpass directly to the clean and spacious sandy beach.

Several restaurants are open directly on the beach in summer; there you can rent deckchairs and parasols. Right next to it, also with wonderful sand and clean water, is a large public beach. Water sports are offered at the breakwater.

In the port of Golfe Juan you can rent a motor or sailing boat. From there a boat goes several times a day to Île Ste Marguerite. Many different restaurants are open all year round in the port and on the promenade of Golfe Juan.

The house is ideal for a beach holiday, but also the beautiful destinations of the Côte d’Azur are ideally reachable from there:
Antibes 5 km, Cannes 8 km, Grasse 20 km, Nice 25 km, Monaco 45 km.
