I really enjoyed my stay here! The room and bathroom were clean, smelled nice. The view was amazing, I could not get over it. The host was so accommodating, and was flexible with my check in/ check out which I really appreciated. You should definitely stay here if you want a nice experience.

The view was breathtaking and exactly what I needed. The room was clean . It was easy to maneuver around the property. It was off season so I the run of the boardwalk. Thank you for a wonderful visit. I really needed that.

The view is everything they said it would be and the communication with check in was easy (just call the host because there’s complications with the lock box and obtaining the key) If you’re planning on cooking or using the facility- bring dishwashing liquid (there was none) and everything you may need seasoning wise, large knives. There are about 3 small pans, no toaster or oven etc There was one small soap in the bathroom and though the space appeared clean having to bring my own dishwashing liquid was concerning. Again …. The VIEW!!! I’m grateful for the pricing and the communication with the host.

This property was perfect for our needs! It had a stunning ocean view and all of the necessities. My only critiques would be the lack of kitchen items to prepare meals. We were able to make do with what was provided but a few more utensils would have been great. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom could use a few adjustments. A simple fix by tightening screws would fix the issue. The drawers under the bed could be cleaned and the bed needed an additional blanket. The mattress also needed a mattress pad. There was only a fitted sheet provided. Overall we were very happy with the property and you could not get any better than ocean front views.

Excellent location on boardwalk but nice and quiet. Amazing view. Very comfortable bed. Good WiFi. The unit is showing some signs of age, like missing handles and such, but overall a good place to stay and a good value.

Amazing getaway location

This was a fantastic spot for a weekend getaway with my wife. The southerly facing room has a beautiful view of the ocean with a guarded parking garage for your vehicle. It comes equipped with an electric 2 burner stove top and a microwave (in case you would like to make a quick meal in) or there are plenty of excellent dining option within a few minute walk along the boardwalk.

Quiet, Restful Oceanview

It's amazing to sit in bed and look out over the ocean. This place is comfortable and modern. I enjoyed the peace and quiet, lounging on the sofa to watch tv and nap. The owner communicated with me quickly. I would come here again.

Great stay, definitely recommend.

The view was great, clean, and within walking distance of everything. Didn’t have to move our vehicle once the entire stay. The only thing is, there was only 1 sheet on the bed ( bottom fitted sheet). There was a comforter on the bed, but knowing they hardly ever get washed, we never use them. Other than that everything was great.

First time at AV!

We arrived at 345 pm.to find property unclean whicj was a bit upsettimg after a 7 hour drive. Called VRBO and property owner. By 6pm all was cleaned and we were finally able to settle and enjoy the condo and the fabulous activities and sights!
