Bad communication, fine stay

I emailed and texted the property manager about maintenance issues ( exterior door and washer were broken) and got no response. Everything else was fine, although ventilation and fans are lacking. The street is rather noisy, so you can’t leave the window open at night. And the laundry room was a mess of open boxes, fixtures to hang, and stuff. Otherwise, the apartment is fine.
