Our Gold Camp condo is a perfect year round get away! This condo is a great option and terrific value given the excellent location, continuous updates and amenities, cleanliness & and high functionality.

-Location, Location, Location. Easy access to and from Peak 8 and town. Located only 1/4 mile from the base of Peak 8. Getting to and from ski slopes and town is quick and convenient on the FREE shuttle that picks you and and drops you back off. Shuttle stop is a very short distance (2-5 minute walk) from condo.

-Beautiful mountain view and quiet location at the back end of Gold Camp complex. No parking lot views.

-High vaulted ceiling provides a lot of natural light and spaciousness.

-Continuous updates include:

-NEW KITCHEN FALL 2015 greatly improves the look and kitchen functionality. NEW high quality maple cabinets, NEW granite counter tops, NEW tile floor. Highly functional and fully equipped kitchen meets all of your cooking needs!

Why Julie & Kevin Tully chose Northwest

The location, price, and affordability are second to none. Gold Camp is a cozy home away from home---with quick access to the ski lifts and a step away from outdoor fun. We love the peak 8 location....town is an easy drive in the winter and 10 minute walk in the summer. The FREE Shuttle makes Gold Camp accessible to everything in Breck. Also, the Gold Camp unit across the balcony has been in the family for nearly 40 years and can be rented simulatenously for larger groups.

What makes this condo unique

The mountain view from the balcony is spectacular. The unit is in the back building of the complex---very quiet and no parking lot views! The open, cathedral ceiling is a big plus.

Great location. Clean condo. Great owners

Almost everything was perfect. Only complaint was the bunk bed in the spare room is a little old and squeaky, making it difficult to sleep. Other than that, the condo was wonderful. Such a great use of space in the kitchen/living room. We had a great time. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very cozy and the kitchen very well stocked. The owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. Very close to town and slopes. If we return, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice, clean accommodations close to Peak 8.

We enjoyed our week long stay. Found accommodations comfortable and clean. Parking is ample and close by. Condo is on 3rd floor so keep stairs in mind. Great views as a reward.

Amazing condo and location

We loved staying at this condo. We rent multiple condos every season and this was by far the most well kept and cozy condo we have stayed at! Great location - only a few minute bus ride on the black route to the bottom of the peaks and downtown. The amenities were great and very clean! We were also very impressed with the quality of the linens and bedding as I have found this is commonly neglected at most locations. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo for your Breckenridge get away! :)

The owners were also very great and quick to respond!

Wonderful Family Holiday

We had a wonderful stay in this 2 bedroom Condo. It was perfect for our family of five. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the appliance were newer and very clean. We were able to cook breakfast each morning, and dinner on a couple nights. The bathroom was nice, and the two sinks were very convenient. The kids were thrilled with the bunk beds and cool decorations in the second bedroom. We really loved starting our day with the beautiful mountain view and took advantage of the gas fireplace morning and night. The board games in the living room were an extra bonus and provided great family entertainment at night. We also used the hot tub in the neighboring buildings twice and found them to be clean and well maintained. The Free shuttle was convenient transportation to the Base of Peak 8. We really enjoyed our first stay in Breckenridge, and the condo exceeded our expectations. We would certainly recommend this unit to others.

Location, Location, Location. Extremely close with easy access to and from the bottom of Peak 8. Located on the year round shuttle bus to Peak 8 and to the town of Breckenridge. Very short 1/4 mile shuttle ride, or walk, to the base of Peak 8, the Breckenridge Nordic Center, and hiking in the summer. Shuttle runs every 15 minutes during ski season.
