Top floor spacious studio with vaulted ceilings. Enjoy peaceful views of pools, mountains and beautifully maintained grounds from large covered patio. Choose among 3 heated pools, easily accessible from the condo. Small kitchen perfect for preparing simple meals to enjoy on your private patio or inside with A/C. A short drive to Indian Wells Tennis Garden, El Paseo, La Quinta, Coachella Music Festival and Joshua Tree National Park. Near numerous grocery stores, restaurants and golf courses. Park in any available space near the condo.
Mountain Cove is a private, gated community. Guests must follow HOA rules re: quiet hours. Instructions and info for check in will be sent a few days prior to arrival. There will be a $50 replacement fee for a lost gate card or pool key. Keypad entry into condo. ALWAYS take your gate key fob when leaving community. Price for renting the condo is non-negotiable.

Fantastic Stay!

Our stay was great! The condo is in a beautiful location. It’s fairly private while still being close to one of the pool areas. The views are stunning! The condo was clean and organized. We would definitely come back to stay in this place!

Great location for restful vacation

Excellent stay with beautiful view from deck. Pool was close by and heated. Kitchen was minimal, but with the grill on the deck, it worked well for our stay. Bed was super comfortable.

BEST view in the entire desert!

Very nice, quiet, beautiful views. Very nice neighbors. Plan to stay there next year. Had drinks with the owners one evening.

Lighting was poor. The sinks in the bathroom, shower, and kitchen were clogged. Bedding was poor. Other than a sheet nothing else available. Some plug ins didn't work. Light over sink was less than satisfactory. Host was great. View was awesome!

Sorry that you had these issues. If there is a clogged drain, it's best to let the host know right away as the problem could have been quickly and easily solved. I know for certain that there is always a sheet, nice comforter with a cover and several extra blankets available in the wardrobe drawer by the bed, as well as a warm throw on the couch. There is also the heater, A/C and 2 ceiling fans for temp control. Thank you for your feedback.

Nice, comfortable studio condo in a stunning location

Really enjoyed the quiet, beautiful Mountain Cove area. Lovely neighborhood for walking with friendly neighbors. The owners were great - very attentive, kind and easy to work with. Sunshine everyday with this east facing exposure and private deck. This little gem is exactly as pictured.

Wonderful setting

This property is in a great location, beautiful surroundings, and quiet safe setting. While limited in square footage and kitchen, it was wonderful to simply relax and unwind. There are many restaurants close by, and a grocery store. We used the unit for a home base while hiking daily. It is on the second floor so you do have to get your luggage up to the unit, but you will not hear your neighbors. The pool is heated and even on days which were in the lower 70's it was quite comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Property

Great property for a single or couple to enjoy Palm Springs. Nice views. Kitchen is well stocked for the essentials. Pool is right next door. The only issue was belt on the dryer unit down in the common laundry was slipping and probably needs some maintenance. Cloths came out all wrinkled as the drum wasn't spinning all the time.

Good weekend get away

The property has everything you need for a weekend get away. The unit is upstairs with lots of natural light and a view of the pool. Sally was easy to work with and very accommodating

Excellent location with lovely private balcony

The condo is perfect for a couple. Very quiet and close to amenities. Only downside is the on-site laundromat with on-line payment was not user friendly. We gave up and used the local one off-site. Kitchen amenities are limited but not an issue for us.

The laundry app can be a bit glitchy but always works using quarters. Also there is laundry in each building so you can always try one building over. We are always around to help, too. Thanks for letting me know - I will add those hints to the info! Glad you enjoyed your stay otherwise.

Bright comfortable condo, responsive hosts

I am already planning my next visit to this property so that tells you just how much I enjoyed my stay. The condo was comfortable and well-appointed and the location was fantastic, but what really sets this place apart from other nice units in great locations is the responsiveness of the hosts. It started with Sally being extra accommodating to me to ensure that I could get the gate key before heading to the tennis tournament since I wouldn't be back until after the security guard had left. That accommodation meant so much to me and set the tone for how responsive Sally and her husband were when I needed something (extra Kleenex, new pans, a hairdryer). In addition a welcome gift of red wine goes a long way after a long day of traveling and tennis! (Well, wine is welcome any time. :)) I was also pleasantly surprised when I walked into the condo and it was so much bigger than I had anticipated. In addition, the cathedral ceilings contributed to how big the space felt plus the windows on three sides of the unit that extended all the way to the ceiling brought in an amazing amount of natural light. It was so pleasant to have the unit bathed in light the entire day. The huge balcony with a dining table, four chairs and a nice BBQ helped extend that indoor/outdoor living. In addition, even though it is a studio, the way it is set up really delineates the dining, living and sleeping spaces well. Although there weren't separate walls, they really did feel like separate spaces. Since I was staying for eight nights, I also really appreciated the extensive storage space - a nice big dresser with six large drawers and four good-sized drawers and a huge closet in the bathroom. Finally the location on the cusp of Indian Wells and La Quinta was fantastic. There were several grocery stores really close by (Vons, Trader Joe's, Stater Bros.) as well as multiple delicious restaurants (Fisherman's Market & Grill, My Thai, The Broken Yolk and more). Overall, this was a really comfortable space to spend a week plus out in the desert!
