Just minutes from world-class golf, tennis, dining & shopping & tucked behind the historic Indian Wells Country Club, perfect for a week-long getaway or a rejuvenating desert escape.

Cancellation & Processing Fees
If you choose to cancel your reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In addition, please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. As a result, 4% of the total amount paid will not be returned, since these fees are incurred for both accepting and refunding payments.

Welcome to Six Palms at Mountain Cove, a quiet oasis against the desert mountains. This well-designed studio in a stunning gated community features everything for a perfect getaway.

PLEASE NOTE: This unit is located on the second floor and requires the use of stairs for entry and exit.

Recently remodeled with a clean, crisp aesthetic, this hidden hideaway has vaulted ceilings and a large, furnished balcony, where the six palms are romantically illuminated at night. Spoil yourself with a king-sized bed, a large pullout sofa, a smart kitchen and a bright bath with a walk-in glass shower. A guest favorite now under new ownership, this unit has plenty of closet and drawer space to make it feel like home.

Six Palms is steps from the quietest and most photogenic of Mountain Cove’s three pools, framed by tall palms and backed by the majestic mountains. It also happens to be within minutes of top restaurants and shopping in Indian Wells and La Quinta. Tucked beautifully behind the historic Indian Wells Country Club, it is close to Indian Wells Tennis Garden and all the shuttle stops for Coachella and Stagecoach.

Guest have access to the entire property outside of some closets that are locked for owners.

A washer and dryer are available in the building for your use. Please note that they are coin-operated and not located inside the unit. For your convenience, we provide laundry detergent so you’ll have one less thing to pack.

Please follow all rules and regulations when it comes to checking in, the pool, and general house rules.

*primary renter must be 21+ years old (ID required upon booking)

1. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.

**Any cancellations during festival season will abide by the cancellation rules. There will be no exceptions.

2. We do not allow pets of any kind.

3. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, if you break this rule it’s a $5,000 fine.

4. POOL: There is a pool walking distance to the property. Pool is heated during the winter.

5. Do not exceed the number of guests on your reservation at any time during your stay.

6. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement.

7. In order to get into the community we need the first name, last name, and license plate number of any cars and their drivers.

NOTE:
If the keycard is lost, a replacement fee of $100 will be charged.

This property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera near the front door. The camera is triggered by motion for the safety and security of our guests and the property.

Guests who cancel within the applicable cancellation window will receive a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees charged by payment platforms or software providers.


During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay. We apologize in advance, but we can assure you that 72 or 74 degrees will feel AMAZING when it’s over 100 degrees outside.

All reservations are subject to an $89-$125 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.

Please be informed that we are required to collect a photo copy of your ID and the credit card used for all reservations.

Guests must follow all HOA rules, including parking, noise, and speed limits. Any fines issued by the HOA due to guest actions are the guest’s responsibility. The guest agrees that fines may be collected through the booking platform’s Resolution Center or any method permitted by the platform.

Great spot… private, nice calm, desert mountain view, quiet and clean. The studio is as pictured - perhaps better. Price was equally as good.
