Our condo is a one stop shop to enjoy all that Pensacola Beach has to offer! You will have access to our private beach on the bay, a community pool, you can even fish from the dock! We are a short walk away from the gulf side and conveniently located to some of the best seafood restaurants in the south. You can wind down at the end of the day by watching the sunset from the balcony and fall asleep to the sound of the waves right outside of your window!

This is our second time booking this condo. We love the location and parking is great in the shade.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we've stayed in Baywatch. We love the location and the views of the sound side. Unit shows really well in photos, but is still under renovations from the storm that damaged Baywatch two years ago. The floors are water damaged and make the unit smell musty and moldy. I wish that would have been disclosed when booking, especially since traveling with a toddler who spends a lot of time on the floor. I have included a few photos of the damaged floors and this is what we could see, the floors under the area rug were significantly damaged and warped. The primary bathroom tub faucet leaks and is super annoying to listen to at night. The freezer door leaks water all over the floor when you open it. The damaged floors were not the biggest issue. The floors were absolutely filthy! I have included a photo of the bottom of my toddlers foot; this was only about an hour after walking around barefoot. I reached out to the owner to let them know and was told the cleaner had used a new cleaning solution on the floors and must be the cause. Respectfully that is not the issue here, the floors were not scrubbed and the entire condo had an unclean feeling. I reached out to the owner within 24 hours of our arrival and the owner never even offered to have the cleaner come to clean the floors. Overall pretty disappointed in our stay. We ended our stay with a huge palmetto cockroach on the kitchen counter.
