Escape to our guesthouse on a mini working farm. This peaceful setting tucked away on several acres along a creek with nature trails is the perfect mountain getaway. We are conveniently situated near quaint wineries such as King Family, breweries along with hiking and the Blue Ridge Parkway that is a short hop, jump and a skip away. Every effort has been made to keep this a green haven, chemical and synthetic scent free, so you can leave recharged and rested. Non-smoking

A lovely quiet retreat near all of the Afton landmarks--I've stayed here several times and the host is responsive and helpful, the property comfortable and well-furnished, everything spotlessly clean, thoughtful provision of coffee/cream/water. An easy walk up to the Afton market for gourmet sandwiches, minutes away from wineries and breweries.

Charming Guesthouse!

This above garage guesthouse was cozy, quiet and peaceful. It was perfect for our weekend stay visiting family nearby and Charlottesville. Lovely finishing touches and thoughtful amenities throughout. Will definitely consider staying again.

Perfect place!

This was perfect for my wife and I. We hit Pro Re Nata brewery which was only 2 minutes away. Our host greeted us as we arrived and everything was so clean and was furnished well. We will be back!

Lovely mountain-adjacent studio

This was my second stay at the property. I've stayed in a number of different places around the mountain area and this one is so clean, convenient, friendly, and accessible to the surrounding Afton areas. Can't wait to return.

Lovely, quiet, comfortable

Stayed here while riding at Afton Stables, just 10 minutes away. Hosts were communicative and welcoming, studio apartment is clean and comfortable. I'll be returning.

Perfect Studio Apartment in Crozet!!!!

Perfect place for my wife and I after we spent a day hiking/etc in Shenandoah National Park. New, comfortable, and modern. The hosts were awesome....would definitely stay again.

Crozet Trip

We had a wonderful time in the Crozet Va area and this property was well positioned to visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, Crozet and many of the breweries/wineries in the area. I would recommend this charming little place to anyone!

Perfect Location

This property was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do while in and near the Shenandoah Valley. Our accommodations were quite lovely with everything we needed. Joanna was incredibly accommodating including letting us borrow flashlights for a walk on the Blue Ridge Tunnel Trail (highly recommend).

Perfect!

Joanna was a wonderful host, communicative and accommodating; and the place is just as lovely and well-stocked as in the photos and description. It’s in a great area — out in the country, but still close enough to attractions like skyline drive; wineries; breweries; etc. Wanted to stay longer and hope to visit again!

Loved the host and hostess and their family. We received helpful information about things to do in the area. Charlottesville was only 15 minutes away- a quick on/off I64. We would love to stay here again if we make it back this way!

Great for Overnight Stay

Was in town for a friend's wedding. Very cute, clean, and cozy space. Check-in was easy, and Joanna was very accommodating with our request to check in early. Location was perfect and very close to Charlottesville proper, as well as some top-rated wineries. The space has everything you need for a weekend away. Would definitely recommend for couples who are looking to spend a weekend in Charlottesville!

Fabulous home!!!

This home is perfect! It is near downtown Crozet, wineries, restaurants, etc. It was clean and so lovely. Joanna and her family are truly wonderful! They were so kind and generous to my mother-in-law, who stayed there while visiting us. She raved about the home and their entire family. Thank you, Joanna, for being such fabulous hosts!
