Welcome to The Oceanic!
This stunning estate is one of the most iconic beach homes in Crystal Beach and boasts 180 breathtaking degrees of unobstructed Gulf Views.
Both the interior and exterior of The Oceanic has been given special attention with luxurious and tasteful Ocean-themed decor perfectly placed throughout the home, each suite has a specific marine animal theme. “The Oceanic” boasts 6 Bedrooms, 4.5 Bathrooms and sleeps up to 20 guests.
Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, in the Sandy Shores community. This upscale community is one of the most sought-after vacation spots the Bolivar Peninsula has to offer with direct access to the Beach. Sandy Shores is just minutes from the Ferry and from everything Crystal Beach has to offer. There is something for everyone in the Family!
The Oceanic is the ideal beach house for hosting family reunions, church group visit, corporate retreat, small events, guys or gals’ trip with beachfront living.
Events are welcome, max 35 guests, with an additional non refundable fee of $600. Pre-approved Prom groups are allowed, with 3 parents on site, and a non refundable event fee of $600.
With panoramic ocean views, 7-person Hot Tub, outdoor shower, gas grill, ping-pong and foosball tables, we will transport your family and friends directly into the beachfront vacation of your dreams, Texas Style!

Our Estate:
The Oceanic features an open concept living and dining space with a spectacular chef’s kitchen, sparkly Hot Tub and plentiful views of the beloved expansive Gulf Coast.

The Chef’s Kitchen
The spacious, modern kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that sits 5. The Kitchen is fully equipped with Chef-grade cooking tools and appliances including a Kitchen-aid Mixer, Margaritaville smoothie / margarita machine and Keurig Coffee maker. The dining area features a pristine Red Cedar River Table which comfortably sits 8-10 people with a Selfie Station and a wall Scrabble board to have a great family time. The open concept is absolutely perfect for mingling and conversing during gatherings. There is a half bath conveniently located off the common area.

The Seashells Living Room
The Seashells Living Room features Overstuffed sofa seating, sofa bed, DVD player with a wide variety of blockbuster movies and table games (Chess, Parcheesi, Checkers and Uno playing cards) and a flatscreen television make a comfy spot for hanging out with your crew and have fun.

The Palapa
You’ll find yourself pulled outside again and again through the glass windows to the beautiful oceanfront palapa overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Relax here in one of our twelve (12) Tall and Fan Back chairs with a frozen Margarita or a cold Beer while you listen to the sound of the waves against the sand, the call of sea gulls and the view of blue skies Take a deep breath, and feel all your stress wash away with the tide. Your can also play a game of foosball or toss bags to the cornhole game board.

Comfy, luxurious Sleeping Spaces and Spa-Like Bathrooms:
With six beautiful bedrooms, there’s enough space for everyone to find some privacy. All our suites have a flat-screen TV, memory foam mattresses and fluffy comforters.

The Sea Horse Suite
The spacious Master Bedroom known as – The Sea Horse – features gorgeous Sea Horse décor, a King Size bed that overlooks the Gulf, a rocker chair and a double-sink Master Bathroom and a rain shower head. You will hardly be able to contain your happiness when you see the amazing wooden bed headboard, abundance of natural light and fun pops of color in this room.

The Starfish Suite
On the east side of the home, there is beautiful bedroom named – The Starfish – with two (2) Queen Beds and a private full bathroom with closet and stylish credenza with plenty of room for your personal items.

The Turtle Suite
On the west wing of the home, you will find a bright and airy 2nd Master Bedroom – The Turtle – with a King Bed and private full bathroom with closet. The Turtle suite is also stylishly decorated with a unique and cute Turtle theme.

The Octopus Suite
Right in the southwest corner with Gulf Views, there is a fun-filled suite called – The Octopus – It features two (2) Queen Beds with an XBOX with 3 controllers. With Built-in Wooden headboards and tasteful Octopus themed décor, this suite will be a favorite of the younger crowd. There is a full bathroom next to The Octopus.

The Dolphin Suite
The Dolphin features Queen-over-Queen Bunk Beds, with a stunning view of the Gulf Coast and plenty of natural light as well as reading lights for the night.

The Crab Suite
The Crab is a very cozy bedroom with twin-over-twin bunk beds. Kids and Young adults love to sleep here – Crab Style! With night-time reading lights for each bed and the flat-screen TV.

The Bar and Outdoor Patio
Downstairs you will find a gas grill, 2 large dining tables, plenty of shaded space to sit, relax, have a great outdoors family BBQ overlooking the Gulf Coast, take a shower when returning from the beach and play a few games of Ping-Pong in our outdoors Table Tennis.
