My family and I stayed for 7 days. The home was very clean. Kenny answered questions when I contacted him. My grandkids enjoyed the pool they got in every day. The pool guy even came to clean it while we were there. So it was clean. I just recommend better non stick cookware and baking pans. Overall this home was great and definitely would book again. Highly recommended.

Property and location was great. The house itself was nice. It could use a little touch ups here and there but overall, very pleasany. We had 16 people in our group including kids and we had a great time. Very close to Disney. If we travel with a large group again, we would definitely consider renting this house.

the house needs a deep clean. It is tired. The dishwasher needs new racks, the present ones are rusty, and bent. There needs to be either sharp knives or a knife sharpener. Towels need to be replaced with new ones. These have served well. There are some rips in some of the bed sheets. They should be replaced. Having said that the home is great for families. The pool and spa are great. It handles a large number of people well. We had a good stay.

Disney vacation

We had an awesome time staying at this house with our kids and grandkids. Plenty of room and the club oasis in the neighborhood was a huge plus. The kids loved the lazy river after going to the parks all day.

The rental was as advertised but shows some signs of wear. The rooms are spacious and the setup is nice. There are a good deal of appliances there, and the property management group are good to talk with. They are responsive and helpful.The main issue is the wear and tear on the place. The dryer would fault out multiple times. Most TV's weren't smart TVs so we couldn't cast to them for the kids shows. The dish washer needed to be ran multiple times to make it work. The stuff in the play room is a bit worn down. That said it was a great stay and would rent again

Perfect for our family

This house was exactly what we needed for our family getaway. It had more than enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the Florida sunshine. It’s in a great safe community and the amenities were just what was needed for us. Would book again!

Beautiful huge 9 bedroom home located in a very safe neighborhood.

My family of 16 stayed here with no problems. Home is well kept and everything you need is right there. We enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving holiday here. Will stay again.

Great Stay

Overall, great stay! Nice spacious home with plenty of bedrooms, a washer/dryer, game room, private pool and hot tub, and a wonderful resort community pool/waterslide/club. Place was clean, just needs a nice deep clean as well as a new Keurig machine, as it wouldn’t power on. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. Great place for a large group - we would stay again!

We had an amazing time. The house was exactly as described. Big enough for our large family. Pool was great and so was the hot tub. The house had everything we needed and was close to shopping and Disney and Sea World. We loved all the amenities and would definitely stay again.

Exceeded Expectations
