Located just a few short steps from the community pool and the beach at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club! The open plan condo features a casual, comfortable living area furnished with a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The bright, open floor plan looks out to the balcony and includes the living, dining, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all brand new appliances, and includes a Keurig coffee maker. There is a cafe table that seats 2. There are 2 built-in bunks in the hall, making them perfect sleeping spots for kids. Relax in the bedroom that is furnished with a Queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination.
Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play, and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10`x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and the SBRC office, community grills, bike racks, and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.
Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). There is coin-operated laundry available for guests' use. Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.
