Playtime at Escondido Resort
Escondido at Sienna Hills is one of Ivory Homes' new Townhome Resorts in Southern Utah. It is situated in a beautiful red rock type of valley, just minutes away from I-15. The floor-plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. You can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, have the time of your life playing video games in the loft equipped with surround sound, or play a game of foosball with the family. Spend your days in the beauty of nature and come home to your own private paradise! Located nearby are Sand Hollow Reservoir, Zion National Park, and lots of biking/hiking trails and golf courses. There will be endless amounts of fun during your stay at Escondido!

This newly built 5 bedroom / 4 bathroom home can comfortably accommodate 19 guests. Downstairs off the entryway is a queen bedroom with a hallway bathroom. Just around the corner, you will find an open-style floor plan with a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room, with lots of room for cooking and spending time with your loved ones. Watch the sunset from the covered patio, just outside the dining room and kitchen. BBQ on the brand grill, surrounded by comfortable patio furniture, all protected from the elements. Off of the kitchen is where the Master Bedroom is located, with an en-suite bathroom. The double vanity makes getting ready for the day a breeze, and the separate water closet provides the necessary privacy that everyone needs! Upstairs you will find the additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is additional room for entertainment and family fun in the upstairs loft area. Whether you are playing video games or watching a movie, you will be immersed in the experience with the Surround Sound System. If you find yourself wanting to get outside, there is a community pool, pickleball courts and local petroglyphs you can explore.

Our state was delightful. The home was completely stocked with everything we could have asked for. It was quiet and comfortable. The one thing I would ask is that dressers be provided in the bedrooms. When you're saying for several nights it's nice to be able to unpack and not live out of a suitcase.

Perfect for my Family Vacation!

Great Location, easy to find, convenient to the freeway and all the fun things we did that weekend. The house was spacious, well laid out with good sized beds, lots of seats in gathering areas. I liked that the garage was open for parking because we ended up having 4 vehicles there, and there is no street parking. Our unit was close enough to walk to the pool and pickleball courts. The pool area was fantastic and chill, super fun. Easy to check in and out regarding both procedures and times. Definitely will come again.

We Attended a softball tournament with 3 families, there were comfortable accommodations for all! Kids were thrilled to find scooters and floaties in the pool for them to play! the home was decorated lovely ... It was 10000 degrees there so we could have used a few more fans for each sleeping accommodation.

Perfect for big family

The fact that there were so many bathrooms to go with all of the bedrooms made it super comfortable for grandparents, parents, and kids. We even used the master closet as the baby’s room. The large couches upstairs and down gave great relaxing space. There was plenty of seating at meal time and the covered patio out back gave a very pleasant outdoor space. Of course, the pool was a huge hit. We would definitely return here!

Everything was how it was pictured. Our group of friends were there for a soccer tournament and proximity to the fields was great. The bunk beds were a little wobbly. We saw a lot of value in the location to other attractions in the area.

The home was clean and inviting. It was a great location and beautiful. We were very happy there, our only comments were that the kitchen needs a few more pots and pans of different t sizes. Two of the beds, the front room and one of the two queens have valleys that make them uncomfortable to sleep on.

We had a great time during our stay. The location was great and so close to St. George and it’s amenities. It was clean, and the bunk room was perfect for our many children. The downfall is the complex doesn’t have a finished pool. We had to drive to the Rec center to swim and exercise. The Rec center was busy, or reserved, and isn’t open on Sundays so we were unable to use the pool during our stay.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with all of our family. The condo was very nice. Everyone had fun playing games, especially the Foosball! We had tournaments every day! The Recreation Center pool was a big hit also. Thanks for a great place to make memories for our family!
